Hello there! Upon checking, I see that your progress on the Blue Server. It is correct that you have to merge, but it seems as if you have picked the Red server as your main server instead. Nevertheless, I can request to have your account unmerged, but please be sure to choose the correct server as your main server because we will not be unmerging your account for you again if you fail to do so. Please be patient as you wait to be unmerged. I recommend that you don't make any trades on your Silver account as well as that would make it so we cannot carry on with the unmerge. Also, there is no ETA as to when your account will be unmerged as our Developers may be busy.

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately there isn't a way to increase the encounters you have. They are at a fixed rate and are based off of steps. Do note that mounts do not mean you make more steps, you simply make bigger steps. You'll have the same steps per second regardless of if you have a mount or not. Therefore, each person has the same chance of encountering pokemon. Sorry to disappoint you and I hope you understand. Let me know if you need anything else.

Hi there. You can lend by using the following command: /trade <username>,<lend duration>. A pop up will appear, select "Ok" and you will be transferred to a trade window for you to accept. Please make sure you've completed Kanto's 4th gym and are in the same pokecenter as the person you wish to trade with. For more information on our Lend system, please check out our Lending Guide. The database servers were currently down due to technical difficulties.Please do note that we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. Also, please refrain from asking regarding server status here as it is against the General Support Rules. An announcement on our Official PRO Discord will be made once this issue has been resolved. You can check server status by doing ^up in #bot-commands in our Discord. With that, the servers are now fine and you should be able to register. Could you please check that for me?

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience and delayed response. Could you please try what's stated in our Windows 7 Crash guide? If it doesn't work, please try the following: 1. Unzip file without using WinRAR or 7zip 2. Disable anti-virus program 3. Restart computer Also could you try to remove cache and cookies and reinstall the game from another browser? Also, remember to delete all the past PRO clients and folders you might have in your device, including the temporary files (https://tinyurl.com/deletetempfiles), and even from the trashbin, before you download the new client. Let me know if you need anything else.

Please do note that PRO Staff are simply volunteers and act in their own time. We’re working very hard to release this event as soon as possible and we’re thankful for your continued support and patience. With that, it is also uncertain if Darkrai will return or not. Hi there. Please do note that the requirements to go to Trainers Valley are the following: Fight with Red at the top of Mt. Silver (doesn't matter whether you win or lose) Catch 120 Pokémons native from Kanto (from range #1-#151) Get 38 evolved data Be able to take the train I've gone over and checked your variables and it seems as if you only have the caught data of 118 pokemon from the Kanto region. You'll need the caught data of 2 more pokemon from this region. You'll need the caught data of one of the following pokemon. Hope this clarifies things for you. Let me know if you need anything else.

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. You can teach your Gyarados Ice Fang by going to a Move Relearner. It'll cost 2,000 pokedollars to relearn a move. The locations for the relearners are the following: Kanto - Cerulean City; Saffron City; Tutor Heaven Johto - Goldenrod City; Blackthorn City Hoenn - Slateport City marketplace; Sootopolis City Sinnoh - Snowpoint City and Hearthome City Let me know if you need anything else.

If you're doing so, could you please try another browser? However, please do note that we are currently having technical difficulties with regards to the dashboard. You may have to wait until the issue is looked into if you're still experiencing this. Rest assure that the relevant parties have been informed. Unfortunately there is no estimated time as to when this will be fixed. Please do note that PRO Staff are simply volunteers and act in their own time. In the mean time, thank you for your patience.

If this doesn't fix your issue, please try the following. • Run the game in compatibility mode • Update your Display/Graphical Drivers • Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus • Update your Windows Version • Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space • Terminate processes you don't need in the Task Manager

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. I've checked your trade logs and it seems as if you've never bought a Small MS Medallion (15 Day MS) off of a player. With that, you most likely used your Mini MS Medallion as you no longer have it in your inventory. Perhaps you were confused with the different medallions. Hope this clarifies things for you. Let me know if you need anything else.
