Thats not the Cerulean Cave then. I guess you are trying to enter a cave on Route 25? The cave you are trying to enter is either for the Entei Guardian or an un-used one. To find the Cerulean Cave simply go west from Cerulean City to reach Route 4, from there simply move to the top-right corner and surf to the east.

What is stopping you from entering the Cerulean Cave exactly? If there is an NPC in front of the entrance what does he tell you?

Thats unlikely a bug. If you already lost to the forest boss you have to find another way to go to the boss room again, the stone plate at the beginning of the forest area hints that actually. To go back to the boss room try to interact with the tree stump with mushrooms on it.

I agree and would like to see form chances changed again. Uncommon and Rare pokemon should have a higher chance of having an event form, its more enjoyable to not only hunt for the form but also to hunt for a "usable" pokemon with a form.

The Unread page shows every content you didnt read yet, including the Playground area for example and you cant be ignored as a user since you have the Contributor role.
