How are you trying to use it? Are you able to give some further details and is it the same after restarting your client?

Unfortunetaly it is not possible to de-evolve a pokemon, so you would need to get another Charmander.

First of all thanks for your feedback. I actually heard it a couple times by now that people use the Energy Powder and the Fresh Water quite often, so keeping these could be considered as well. I dont really mind keeping Energy Powder over Fresh Water though since it heals 20 HP more. Also the cost of entering an Excavation Site is already 2.5k. Not sure when it was changed though but has to be quite a while back since I cant remember it being 5k anymore.

Cosmetics, events etc. are done by different people. Just because we get new cosmetics etc. doesnt mean that the server issues are not being adressed. Fixing the servers has the absolute highest priority for the developers right now. Its not that easy. I think the issue / bug wont be found any easier / quicker just because the server is closed. Its probably quite the opposite, if the server is online and people can play the bug is more likely to be found. I am not saying its not frustrating the way it is at the moment but I would rather still play like this than not at all. Everyone is trying their best in these times to get this all sorted out and make the playtime still somehow enjoyable as much as possible.
