You only get the Reroll Ticket if you beat the Kyurem everytime without fainting once. Maybe that is the problem?

The rating of the random ladder simply counts towards the normal ranked ladder rating of the guild but only for 50%. The top 3 guilds which have the most rating on the guildladder at the end of the season are able to enter guild island.

Once you fainted it you lost happiness so you have to raise it again. Make sure to check its happiness with the command /happy 1-6 (number depending on the party-slot you want to check). It should be at maximum so 255 for the evolution. I would suggest to try the same process again but instead of leveling it just raise its happiness again as that shoul dbe enough for it to evolve.

Happiness evolutions are indeed bugged currently. To fix it you have to faint your pokemon in a wild battle, close your client and restart it after around 20 seconds. Heal it in a pokecenter and level it up again. That should solve it.

+1, the inspect command is also needed for a lot of guilds which are looking to recruit members.

I am not sure if I understand you correctly but you dont get a IV Reroll Ticket for this years quest. You actually get a Nature Reroll Ticket and you can change 2 Nature Reroll Tickets to one IV Reroll Ticket or one IV Reroll Ticket for 2 Nature Reroll Tickets at the Reroll Ticket Exchanger NPC.

You cant choose your starting region. Its always in order Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh. If you want to play with your friend from the start again you can simply create another account since you are allowed to own a total of 4 accounts, you can even use the same email to register another account.

Hey, there were no changes to the rewards. I guess the changes were simply made to have a better overview, people can check how far they are off the Top10 / Top 25. Its allowed to play PvP with a maximum of 2 of your owned accounts but keep in mind you are only allowed to be in ladder at one Server at the same time at the end of the season.

Its hrad to judge without the complete battle-log. Could it be your Garchomp was turned into a water type by the move Soak?

It was a bug after a small update but it was fixed pretty much instantly after.

You dont lose money if you logout during a battle against an NPC trainer.
