Then, go to Mr. Fuji’s house and interact with the notes found on his table. Could you please check if you've beat already the Celadon Gym and, in case you did not that yet, interact with Mr. Fuji's notes in his house? Hi @rotzlaura I'm sorry for the inconvenience. It seems like you've reached the meteor falls from Rustboro City, and therefore it is normal that Solrock is blocking your path. I would like to inform you that in order to reach jackson to battle him, you have to pass from Route 114, which is located south-west of Fallarbor Town. To reach Fallarbor Town, head north of Mauville City and, once in route 12, pass the fiery path that will lead you to route 111 north. From there, continue your path until you reach fallarbor town. Hi @0phidia I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I was not able to replicate the error and i could teach Flamethrower, through level-up, to my Growlithe without any issue. It is possible that you are experiencing an error that happen sometimes when you try to teach your Pokémon a move or it try to learn it through level up. To fix that, could you please try the following procedure and see if it fixes your error: Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Then download CCLEANER and run it to make sure to delete anything else. Restart your computer/device Download again the game from HERE After you've downloaded again the latest client, please interact with a Move Relearner and pay 2000 pokedollars to teach again the move to your Pokémon. Do note that, unfortunately, we are not able to refund you of your money as it would be unfair to those that accepted their losses due to a bug. If you cannot access the game, could you please tell me what is the error you are experiencing? You can also attach a screenshot. Also, could you please try to totally reset, your router and internet connection and let me know if it works? If not, please check with the following questions. It could also be your provider blocking the game, which case you could try contacting your internet provider to try and get it unblocked as seen in this post You could also use a VPN although you should check you're allowed first. Unfortunately, i'm sorry to inform you that we cannot refund you of your Master ball as it would be unfair to the other players that requested a refund after being unsatisfied with the uses they did of their Master ball and their request have been denied. If we would restore your Master ball and not theirs it would be really unfair. Nevertheless you can obtain another Master ball in the game and here below, quoting our ITEM GUIDE, are all the way you can obtain one: However, i can assure you that even without Master Ball the Legendary Pokémon are really easy to capture if a false swipe and a status move (paralyze, sleep) are used. With that said, I know it can be frustrating, but i hope you can understand why we cannot fulfill your request. Please, let me know if something is unclear and if you have any further questions. Could you play try please try the following procedure in then the same exact order i give you: Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Then download CCLEANER and run it to make sure to delete anything else. Install the latest version of .NET Framework Restart your computer Totally disable your Firewall and Antivirus Download again the game from HERE Put all PRO Files in a folder and not directly in your drive. (Not directly in C: or D: , but you can put them in your documents into a folder like this: CLIENT FOLDER) Run the program as Administrator If you will succeed in solving your issue, please remember to reactivate your antivirus and firewall and add an exception to PRO Folder/Client.
