Unfortunately, it is possible that you have been hitted by a disconnection/crash bug that we are currently experiencing I would like to inform you however that our Developer is aware of that and is working on a fix. Unfortunately i am unable to refund you of your loss Pokémon as it would be unfair to others that accepted the loss of their progress due to crashing, regardless on our end or theirs. I know that losing part of your progress may be frustrating, and i'm sorry to disappoint you but i hope you can understand why we cannot refund. However, if you are interested, i'm happy to inform you that from Friday 12 AM to Sunday 11:59 PM GMT, Xmas spawn rate will be changed from 1/1000 to 1/500 therefore you will have even more chances to find a Xmas themed pokemon. The server were in Maintenance until recently to fix one our bug, could you please try to play right now and see if you experience still the same error? if you are still experiencing issue, could you please try to totally reset, and not only restart, your router and internet connection and let me know if it works? It seems like while merging you've selected the wrong server and therefore you've not anymore all your badges-regions completed, but you have kept your Items and Pokémon. Are you aware of that and it is intended you want to do again all the story? Or you are interested in an account unmerge? If you want to restart your adventure and request those Pokémon to be moved out of your team, please make sure to add atleast one Pokémon native of Kanto to your account, and then i will be able to move them into your PC. Remember to make him check the unk mail and make sure that he typed the email correctly. Also, take note that the email could take up to 30 minutes to be received. Also, using a different browser such as Firefox or Chrome could also help along with google chrome. If he should not reiceve the email yet, could you please try to create an account with GMAIL, YAHOO and OUTLOOK, since they are the most reliable. Please, do note that the server is in BETA and we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. In your specific case the client disconnect you but doesn't kick you out. However, i would like to inform you that w are aware of the issue and that our developer is working on a fix. About CCLEANER, you can really use any software that accurately clean your PC after you've deleted the client and all the files, it's a really important step for things like your case. You can try to look for any other software that does the same as ccleaner and try the procedure i gave you above. For what regard the disconenctions, as we have informed through our social media, we have recently changed the server host. Unfortunately, as stated on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD, these are the first days with servers open and therefore issues may be experienced at any moment. We highly suggest therefore to not try BOSS, PVP, Catching Legendary Pokémon (and similar) until the servers will be stable. We are aware of the issue and our developer is working to fix it. Please, do note that the server is in BETA and we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. Then download CCLEANER and run it to make sure to delete anything else.   25. Hi @Jiren24 ! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that, as you said, the guardian bosses do not always give you money and they have only a certain % to give them to you. This is intentional, and not a bug, and was made as a way to make the game harder as PRO is a MMO and therefore is supposed to be slightly harder than normal. I'm sorry to disappoint you but i hope you can understand why i cannot fulfill your request and help you, as it is intentional that those bosses do not always give money.
