  1. Hi @Turri ! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. As we have informed through our social media, we have recently changed the server host. Unfortunately, as stated on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD, these are the first days with servers open and therefore issues may be experienced at any moment. Please, do note that the server is in BETA and we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. In your specific case the client disconnect you but doesn't kick you out. However, i would like to inform you that w are aware of the issue and that our developer is working on a fix. Unfortunately, i cannot refund you of your lost money as it would be unfair toward the other users that accepted the loss of their progress due to a crash or a disconnection of our end or theirs. -Quoting the COMMON ISSUES THREAD- I know it can be frustrating to lose part of your progress, but i hope you can understand why i cannot fulfill your request. About CCLEANER, you can really use any software that accurately clean your PC after you've deleted the client and all the files, it's a really important step for things like your case. You can try to look for any other software that does the same as ccleaner and try the procedure i gave you above. For what regard the disconenctions, as we have informed through our social media, we have recently changed the server host. Unfortunately, as stated on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD, these are the first days with servers open and therefore issues may be experienced at any moment. We highly suggest therefore to not try BOSS, PVP, Catching Legendary Pokémon (and similar) until the servers will be stable. We are aware of the issue and our developer is working to fix it. Please, do note that the server is in BETA and we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash.   4. Hi again @Aniren ! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please try the following and see if it fix your error? Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Then download CCLEANER and run it to make sure to delete anything else. Unfortunately, i'm not completely sure that you are able to play with that change as the client is not supposed to be edited in any way as said in our Rules and in order to not have any possible issue while running the game. With that said, could you plese try the following and tell me what happen if you then try to open the game: Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too).   6. Hi @Jiren24 ! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that, as you said, the guardian bosses do not always give you money and they have only a certain % to give them to you. This is intentional, and not a bug, and was made as a way to make the game harder as PRO is a MMO and therefore is supposed to be slightly harder than normal. I'm sorry to disappoint you but i hope you can understand why i cannot fulfill your request and help you, as it is intentional that those bosses do not always give money.   7. Hi @Elibi I'm sorry for the inconvenience. It seems like you have already merged your account succesfully so you don't need any transfer to play on the silver server. If your questions was related to a transfer between Silver & Gold instead, I would like to inform you that, unfortunately, you cannot transfer servers as of now due to the topic being closed (It was closed on May 1st, 2018) and the merge is useful only to merge Red & Blue account into Silver. If you would like to transfer servers, you would have to wait until the Admins open the topic again. For future reference, you can find the topic and the requirements here: SERVER TRANSFER TOPIC. Take note that, if the chance of transfer will be available again, there is not an estimated time for when it will happen.   8. Hi @Mepox I'm sorry for the inconvenienice. I would like to inform you that if you have experienced a disconnection, like in your case, while battling Manaphy then you cannot simply rebattle it just after relogging, as that is an option we added for the times when only the server crash. If you would like to have another chance to catch Manaphy you will have to fight Nikola and beat him. Nikola can be found in the Unknown Place, located in the Trainer valley. You can check our guide to see how to reach him, the requirements and his team : TRAINER VALLEY GUIDE Take note that, unfortunately, i am unable to respawn Manaphy for you because it would be unfair towards all the players that accepted the fact they had to fight Nikola in order to respawn the Legendary Pokémon they wanted to catch after a disconnection.   10. Hi @MasterSam ! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, i'm sorry to inform you that there is not a reroll ticket for the gender of your Pokémon. The only reroll ticket are for the IV and Nature of your Pokémon, but they can be used only for the Legendary Pokémon. However, do note that Gardevoir can be both male and female so you should be fine with your current ralts. I would like to inform you that the server are correctly online and It seems like what you are experiencing is just an issue related to a ghost queue. A ghost queue happen when there are a huge amount of player trying to log in the game all at the same time. Please, press login and just wait until the client will automatically log you into the game or as an alternative spam click the login button and see if you can log in the game. If that should not fix your issue, could you please try to totally rese, your router and internet connection and let me know if it works? If not, please check with the following questions. I would like to inform you that once you're completing the story of a region, you will be able to use only Pokémon native of that region until you will obtain the 8th badge. All the Pokémon of the previous region will be locked into your PC and, as stated, will be unlocked only when you will obtain the 8th badge of the region you are currently playing. This is made to make players fully enjoy the game, without making them rush the regions with high level Pokémon , and because PRO is an MMO and therefore is intended to be slightly harder than handheld games. Since you are doing Johto's story you will be able to use only Pokémon Native of Johto and not the one native of Kanto or other regions until you'll obtain the 8th badge of Johto. Your Nidoran is native of Kanto, therefore you will be able to use it only after completing the 8th gym of Johto. I would like to inform you that, as our Developer stated on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD, Manaphy will be respawned in the Temple of the Sea Crown exactly where you found it the last time, this only for the one that lost the chance to catch it due to a server crash/disconnection. However, i cannot give you an estimated time for when it will be respawned as we want to wait first that all the issues related to the server stability are fixed/solved. When it will be respawned for the said players, we will make an announcement on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD in order to inform everyone, so please stay tuned ! I finished to check your account and i will now inform you with the results of the research: MEW: You never had a Mew, even when you were playing on the Blue Server. Take note that the requirements of the mew quests are the following: Get 225h+ playtime Be Johto Champion 71 evolved Pokemon ✭ Get Dragon Medallion Get All Kanto Pokemon caught (except Mewtwo, Articuno, Moltres Zapdos that need to be seen) With the requirements said, i'm sorry to inform you that you only have 130 Pokémon Native of Kanto caught, and not the required 147. You are able to check that by interacting with the Professoark Oak in pallet. For further information about the mew quest you can check the LEGENDARY MEGATHREAD GUIDE Transmat Quest : You succefully completed it and you have access and can use it without any problem. Sinnoh : You have completed Sinnoh and you're now Sinnoh Champion Sevii Island: You are able to access the Sevii Islands without any problem as it require an active membership that you have. Further info about Sevii Island can be found here SEVII ISLAND GUIDE Cerulean Cave: You didn't unlock Cerulean Cave here or on the Blue Server, in fact you still miss the Dragon Medallion, required to access the Dragon Den B1F to challenger Lance. To start the quest enter the Dragon Club and buy a Blackthorn Club Card for $200.000 from the Head Recruiter, after that continue with the quest interacting with the Prize Giver and completing all the task that he will give you. Once you have completed everything, go in the Dragon Den B1F and defeat Lance to unlock the Cerulean Cave.
