  11. Hi there ! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. The server were down due to technical difficulties, however they are now back online and you should be able to connect. I would also like to inform you that our developers are already working on solving these issues but unfortunately it is not really easy and it can take a bit of time to solve them and therefore there is not any estimated time as for when these issue will be completely fixed. Nevertheless, our developers are aware of the issue and there will be an update soon where many, many things in the server code will be reworked and this should be enough to fix a lot of things or at least give us the chance to pinpoint the other problems and therefore fix them. Also, please refrain from asking the server status here as it goes against the General Support rules. As the issue has been solved, I will now close this thread. Have a wonderful day

I would also like to inform you that our developers are already working on solving these issues but unfortunately it is not really easy and it can take a bit of time to solve them and therefore there is not any estimated time as for when these issue will be completely fixed. Nevertheless, our developers are aware of the issue and there will be an update soon where many, many things in the server code will be reworked and this should be enough to fix a lot of things or at least give us the chance to pinpoint the other problems and therefore fix them. Unfortunately there is not any estimated time as for when it will be completely solved as it might take a while to understand what is causing the issue and provide a fix.   16. Hi @lunerflower I'm sorry for the inconvenience. It is possible that some character not allowed in your password is blocking you from accessing the game. To solve that, could you please go ahead and change your password from the WEBSITE - PASSWORD CHANGE, ensuring that it is alphanumerical (characters from a to z and from 0 to 9) and check if it solves your issue? It's important to change the password on the website rather on the forum because changing the website one should automatically change the forum one as well. Can you please attach the patchererror file that should have been created into your PRO folder. Also, please try to follow the here below procedure:- Check if you have the latest version of .NET Framework installed. If this is the case and it still does not work, please do the following: Go to the folder C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\Temp\ (Replace YourUsername with your Windows username). Find a folder that starts with PRO_ and open it. If you have more than one, open the latest one. Start the ClientPatcher.exe. I would like to inform you that, after checking your account, it seems like you have been able to fix your issue and finish the SS Anne Quest by obtaining HM Cut from the captain. Could you please confirm me that your issue has been solved or if you are still experiencing any issue? What you have to do now is beat the Vermilion Gym, which you can access by cutting the tree that is blocking your path.
