Hi @SchattenPalkia I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that ALL your Pawniard have been successfully recovered and they should be in the last slots of your PC. Could you please check that? Keep in mind that there is not a Mass recover and i had to manually recover all of them one by one. Please, be more careful in the future. Hi @xHulk I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Could you check in the first place if Manaphy is still there or it disappeared? Same with Nikola, you should be able to rebattle him. This because both of them, being in python, should be able to have their cooldown reset if the server just experienced a normal crash. Unfortunately, there's as well the possibility that the server experienced a particular crash and that therefore all the players got first kicked and then the server crashed, blocking in this way the reset-cooldown function. Hi @Solestro I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience experienced but unfortunately there's not a way for us to teach to your pokemon a move or to de-evolve it even if the error was on our end. If you would like to teach Crunch to your Arcanine you have to interact with the Pre-Evo tutor in the Daycare. To unlock the daycare you have to defeat the boss Naero in the Cerulean cave. You can find further info about Naero, and the other bosses, by checking the NAERO - PROWIKI To know how to unlock the cerulean cave, and how to access other areas, you can check the HOW TO ACCESS SPECIFIC AREAS guide. I would also like to inform you that our developers are already working non-stop on solving these issues but unfortunately it is not really easy and it can take a bit of time to solve them and therefore there is not any estimated time as for when these issue will be completely fixed. I would like to inform you that in order to pass buck and enter the cave you need to start the Heatran Quest once meeting the following requirements: Get 150 hours in Sinnoh ( You can check it by talking with the professor in sandgem town) Be Sinnoh Champion Requires a level 60 or less Pokemon to start the quest(Only this Pokemon is allowed in your team) Once you meet the requirement, you will be able to start the quest. Hi @monty63697287 I'm sorry for the inconvenience. It is possible that some character not allowed in your password is blocking you from accessing the game. To solve that, could you please go ahead and change your password from the WEBSITE - PASSWORD CHANGE, ensuring that it is alphanumerical (characters from a to z and from 0 to 9) and check if it solves your issue? It's important to change the password on the website rather on the forum because changing the website one should automatically change the forum one as well. If when you're trying to connect to the game, despite it is online, you get a "Can't connect to the server" message, could you please try to totally reset your router and internet connection and let me know if it solves your issue? Hi @occupy94 I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you as first that the membership is not necessary to play the story or the game itself. You can play the game without it since PRO is a free to play game. Now that this point has been clarified, could you please tell me where you were stuck and if you have solved the issue? It is possible that the servers were experiencing issues and therefore NPC were not working properly, however if you have proceeded it means that everything has been fixed. Hi @Evaine I'm sorry for the inconvenience. The servers were experiencing technical difficulties and they had to be restarted, this is why waterfall and NPC were not working correctly. However, they are now back online and everything works correctly. I would also like to inform you that our developers are already working on solving these issues but unfortunately it is not really easy and it can take a bit of time to solve them and therefore there is not any estimated time as for when these issue will be completely fixed. Nevertheless, our developers are aware of the issue and there will be an update soon where many, many things in the server code will be reworked and this should be enough to fix a lot of things or at least give us the chance to pinpoint the other problems and therefore fix them. I would like to inform you that both of the commands require an update since both of them were showing old results (6+ months old) and therefore they are not currently usable. Hi @kasbarinoo I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that the Boss Cooldown Checker currently doesn't work properly and do not display the correct cooldown time. To know the real cooldown you have to interact with the REWORKED Cooldown Checker, which is near the normal one, in Celadon Office 2F. This is because we have recently updated our Bosses, as stated on our UPDATE LOGS and on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD, and therefore the boss cooldown checker has yet to be updated. Hi [uSER=1892440]@xBahamutx[/uSER] I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that days ago there was a bug due on our end where players could see where they had 100 coins but it was just a visual bug. Therefore, even if you could see 100 Coins, you had not them and therefore could not use them. The Shiny Magikarp Mount doesn't appear in your inventory exactly because the 100 coins were just a visual bug and therefore you had not enough coins to buy it.
