While the proxy server change helped alleviate the server issues, there are still connection problems. As such, we still do not recommend fighting bosses, doing PvP, or doing anything that could be lost to a proxy server crash. Have a nice day.

  8. Hello @Gu1nevere. Apologies for the delay. Unfortunately, we will not be refunding your Reroll Ticket. To further explain the issue: the reason it appears that way is because the previous system would save the accepted IVs twice. So, once you used the reroll, after the implementation of the new system, the two saved rerolls were displayed. It is not a bug, just the way the old system worked.
  9. Hello @skunk1. I regret to inform you that NPCs cannot assist with trade evolutions. You will have to trade with another player or a Staff member. You can request assistance with a trade evolution here, or make a request in #request-chat in the official PRO Discord server.
  10. Hello @Hisoka007. Apologies for the late reply. We have tested this multiple times and could not find anything wrong with it. Our conclusion is that it is just really bad luck. Though it may be hard to believe, we found nothing wrong with these moves.
  11. Hello @Gu1nevere. We have tested this multiple times and could not manage to recreate it. So our conclusion is that you rolled the same IVs as before. It is an extremely low chance, but it can happen. If you have more questions or information regarding this, please let me know.

  14. Hello @shykitch. Apologies for the late reply. Concerning your friend, could it be that they began the Pinkan Island quest? The Ranger at the entrance of the forest will take away all the Pokéballs. Once the quest has been completed, the Ranger will return the Pokéballs. Regarding your EXP Boost Potion, could you tell me when you purchased it?

  22. The Red and Blue servers combined to make the Silver server. So the data that was in your Blue account was moved over to Silver. If you wish to continue on Gold, you can transfer servers. You are given a free transfer every 30 days, each subsequent transfer within the 30 day cooldown will cost 100 coins. If you have more questions, please let me know.
  23. Hello @Xarzith. Apologies for the late reply. Could you tell me what you see when you login to the Silver server? If you cannot login, try resetting your password. Make sure it only contains letters and numbers, as special characters can prevent you from logging in.
