  2. Hello @DocLeo. Apologies for the inconvenience. The issue stems from your antivirus deleting some files needed to play the game. Can you try to delete all your PRO files(including the ones in the Recycle Bin), temporarily disable your antivirus, and redownload the game?

I would say it's newbie friendly if you have prior experience with Pokémon, but can be hard if this is your first Pokémon game. However, there are numerous resources that can help even the most unexperienced trainers. PRO Wiki - You can find all sorts of information about the game here. Forum Guides - Here you can find even more game guides about every aspect of the game. If you ever need any sort of help, you can head over to the Resolution Center. Players and Staff alike will assist you there. Make sure to familiarize yourself with the Game Rules to avoid any problems in the future. You will meet hundreds of people while playing the game via the in-game chats or the official PRO Discord server. You can join a guild by finding and applying for one here.   6. Hello @ByTrippy. Apologies for the inconvenience. The developers are aware of this bug, but there is no fix for it just yet. For the moment, you will have to level up your Ralts again if you wish to evolve it.
  7. Hello @Zetlin. Apologies for the delay. There is nothing we can do to help you at the moment. You will have to wait until it is fixed and there is no workaround for it. The problem is not a simple fix that can be done quickly. I've consulted with our developers and they say it is not an easy fix. But when the problem is fixed, you will be able to use Meowstic-F as intended. We deny gender swap requests for a multitude of reasons, aside from the fact that we cannot do it. Making an exception right now would be extremely unfair to previous players who were denied. Once again, I'm sorry that we cannot assist you further, but please try to understand.

  9. I completely understand your frustrations, but it is already planned to be fixed. It is a complicated issue to fix and will take some time. Unfortunately, we cannot swap genders of Pokémon. We have previously denied these kind of requests, so it would be unfair to those players to do this for you now. Please try to understand.
  10. Hello @PreHaxx. Apologies for the late reply. As stated before, there are no registered purchases on the PvP or PvE shops from the account Prehaxx. Furthermore, Male Glasses 4 are not available in the PvP shop. Are you sure this is the item you purchased and shop you purchased it from?

  13. Hello @Zetlin. Apologies for the inconvenience. The issue is known and planned to be fixed, but it will take some time. Meowstic-M had a similar issue and that was fixed, so no need to worry about that. As for the Pokédex, it currently does not support different forms. Since only Meowstic-M is in the Pokédex, it wouldn't show that it's been evolved. Hopefully this addresses all your concerns. If you have more, please let me know.
  14. Hello @Roronoa24. Apologies for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we do not provide deleveling service anymore. This is due to the implementation of Mysterious Candy which will evolve a level 100 Pokémon that meets its evolutionary requirements. For Sneasel, you will first have to make it hold a Razor Claw, then use a Mysterious Candy during nighttime. Nighttime is between the in-game hours of 20:00 and 4:00.

  19. Hello @Bruttow. Great to have you and your friends interested in our wonderful game. At the moment, we only have 2 PvP tiers called Ranked and Unranked. Ranked mostly resembles Gen 7 OU. However, we have our own unique metagame that deviates from smogon/showdown. Since there is no UU or other tiers, you can use pretty much anything—low tier and high tier. But, please make sure to familiarize yourself with the ranked PvP rules to avoid any mishaps. Unranked is where you can do anything. There are no restrictions, but you may find a harder time finding a match. Double battles are not implemented. There is no news on whether they will be implemented or not. Hopefully this answers all your questions. If you have more, please let me know.
  20. Hello @LadyGlitterfart. Apologies for the late reply. After consulting with the Content Scripters, we could not determine what went wrong with such limited information. In addition to that, resetting your boss cooldown for Gamers Pewdie & Diepy would be unfair to players who have been previously denied. Thus, we will not be doing so. It is an incredibly unfortunate situation to be in, but please try to understand.

  22. Hello @linkaros. Apologies for the late reply. Lycanroc-Midnight is not able to learn Close Combat in generation 7, which is what PRO follows. It gets Close Combat in generation 8. As for Sucker Punch, it learns it from the Egg Move tutor. Can you show me a picture of what it says when you take it to the Egg Move tutor?
