Hello @tahajarraf. Apologies for the late reply. It appears you took too long to return to Ayva with the bag. Since this quest is daily, you will need to wait until it resets, which is at 00:00 GMT-0. Once it has reset, try it again and make sure you return to Ayva within the time limit, which is 1 hour and 30 minutes of in-game time.

Hello @taushif. Have you perhaps attempted the Heatran quest or the Pinkan Island quest? During the Heatran quest, the NPC named Buck will take all your Rare Candy and Master Ball(s). He will return them to you once you speak to him after completing the quest. During the Pinkan Island quest, the Ranger at the entrance of the forest will take all your balls. After completing the quest, he will return them when spoken to.

Transfer From Gold to Silver
Hello @Mimqy. You can transfer servers from the dashboard. You are given one free transfer every 30 days; each transfer within the 30 day cooldown will cost you 100 coins. To transfer, log into the dashboard, select the "Server Transfer" option on the left side of your screen, and then select "Transfer for free". The transfer will take a few minutes. If you have more questions or an issue arises, please let me know.
