  4. Hello @SHOPUK. Apologies for the late reply. We completely understand your frustrations regarding the crashes. However, it is not an issue on our part, but rather, on our server provider's part. As for the bosses, we are resetting boss cooldowns for players that were disconnected during a proxy server crash and then could not rechallenge the boss. This is only if sufficient evidence is shown.

  8. Hello @Nintendoboy96. Apologies for the inconvenience. To begin with, are you sure this is the account you are talking about? It has no progress on the Blue server. But rather, it has progress on the Red server.

  10. Hello @CosaNostra. Apologies for the late reply. I consulted with our Content Scripters and unfortunately, there is no way to reset the win streak. Furthermore, we cannot restore your cooldown. Doing so would allow you to earn extra rewards that other users would not be able to. It is an extremely unfortunate situation to be in, but please try to understand.

  12. Hello @WilliWu. Apologies for the late reply. Unfortunately, we cannot reset your Battle Tower progress or cooldown. This is because you receive rewards as you do it, and resetting the cooldown will effectively give you extra rewards. We recommend not to do anything with a cooldown or PvP while the server providers are fixing their issues. Hopefully you can understand.

  16. Hello @ArdikXL. Apologies for the inconvenience. Have you perhaps started the Heatran quest? The NPC named Buck will take away all your Rare Candy and Master Ball(s) at the start of the quest. After you've defeated the level 99 Heatran, you can reclaim them from Buck by speaking to him. Regarding the amount not being reduced, it could simply be a side-effect of the server's current problems. I consulted with one of our Testers and here is what they had to say:

Regarding the crashes, here is a quote from one of our developers: As you can see, it is not a problem with our servers, it is a problem with our server providers. Our developers work tirelessly to improve the server code and make them more stable. Before the issues with our server providers, Gold was online for 15 straight days and Silver was online for 8. But this issue is out of our control. Concerning the Suspicious Bot: I consulted with our Content Scripters, and unfortunately, there is no way to reset it. While we wait for our server providers stabilize, we ask for your patience and understanding.

  19. Hello @CitizenPete. My apologies for the extreme delay. The cause of the issue is still being investigated and there is no permanent solution for it yet. However, the issue seems to happen only with Keldeo-Resolute. So, reverting your Keldeo to its base form should allow you to continue leveling it. Simply removing the move Secret Sword will revert it to its original form. Hopefully this temporary solution helps you, as we try to find a permanent one.

  22. Hello @smokyjasmine. Apologies for the inconvenience. As Norex mentioned, sometimes the Move Relearner does not show all the moves a Pokémon can relearn. Could you try selecting a move and seeing if the rest become visible? Or re-interact with the NPC. If neither of those work, please let me know.

  25. Suicune has a chance to spawn every time you defeat the Suicune Guardian—after you've obtained the Water Bell. The first win has a 33% chance of spawning Suicune, the second win has a 66% chance, and the 3rd win is guaranteed to spawn Suicune. Hopefully this answers your questions.
