We have announced several times that the servers are currently experiencing connection problems and that we do not recommending doing PvP or fighting bosses. Though this may not be the answer you were hoping for, please try to understand.

We are currently experiencing connection issues. As a result, we do not recommend doing anything that could be lost to a crash. Rest assured, the Developers are working tirelessly to find a solution. While the server problems are being worked on, we ask for your patience and understanding.
  16. Hello @Nyssa98. This is, in fact, not a bug; it is how the ability is meant to work. Struggle recoil, Life Orb damage, and any "crash" damage (such as damage from High Jump Kick and Jump Kick), will not be ignored by Rock Head.   18. Hello @salamandra. The main way to buy a Magic Carpet is by saving PvE coins and purchasing it from the PvE Coin Shop. However, each month there is a selection of items from the PvE Shop that are made tradable. You can wait until the Magic Carpet is one of those items, and then purchase it from another player through the in-game Trade chat or through the forums Trade Zone. Hopefully this answers all your questions. If you have more, please let me know.

Our conclusion is that a server crash happened and your move and levels were lost to it. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to assist you further.
