  1. Hello @PlNK. As Norex mentioned, you can transfer servers for free every 30 days from the Dashboard. Every subsequent transfer within the 30 day cooldown will cost 100 coins. Furthermore, you can simply logout of Gold and login to Silver and have an account there. Hopefully this answers your question.

However, the developers are looking for a new proxy server in order to make the servers more stable. In the meantime, we ask for your patience. Furthermore, we do not recommend to do any PvP, Bosses, or anything important that could be lost to a proxy server crash.

However, it is not an issue on our part, but rather, on our server provider's part. As for the bosses, we are resetting boss cooldowns for players that were disconnected during a proxy server crash and then could not rechallenge the boss. This is only if sufficient evidence is shown.
