  3. Hello @varedris. Apologies for the delay. There seems to be a misunderstanding. Solgaleo and Lunala were not a guaranteed spawn; there was only a chance that they would spawn. The Rotom that spawned was your Pokémon from the Mysterious Ticket, which you caught. Re-entering the island was for people who had nothing spawned. Apologies for the misunderstanding. Since there is no issue here, I will lock the thread. Feel free to make another post if you have another issue.
  4. Hello @ForgiveMe. Apologies for the inconvenience. The servers are currently experiencing connection issues. You may need to click the login button several times before being able to login in. Alternatively, you can try to use a VPN (This is a free one among multiple options) or try to connect directly by pressing the F2 key to open the console and write : "92.119.158.4 800" (92.119.158.4 801 for Gold) and then press the enter key. Keep an eye on the announcements channel in the official PRO Discord server for server status updates.

  7. Hello @Lukoz. Apologies for the late reply. We were only able to recover data from before the Valentine's Day update. If you evolved your Eevee after the update, we unfortunately are not able to restore that data.

  9. You need to leave the island then re-enter. You will be allowed to return if you leave.

  11. Hello @Nlyax. Unfortunately, we will have to deny your request. There is nothing we can do if you defeated the Pokémon. Furthermore, swapping it for another Pokémon not something we do. Though this may not be the answer you were hoping for, there is no way for us to assist you. Have a nice day.
  12. Hello @Rennn. Apologies for the late reply. Upon defeating or releasing Keldeo, it will respawn in Crystal Cave with the same IVs and Nature. Your Keldeo should be waiting for you in Crystal Cave. If you have any more questions, please let me know.

  20. Hello @AzazelD. Apologies for the late reply. To begin with, thank you for taking your time to file this report. However, this is not a bug. It is simply how the tilescripts interact with the client, which can cause desyncs. When passing through a tilescript, your character is supposed to stop on your screen. If it does not stop, then a desync has happened. On the server's side, it did stop. Which is why this "bug" happened. By pressing the "resync" button on the bottom left of your screen, these issues are fixed. You may need to press that button several times when doing this part of the quest.
