  9. Hello @Fisdemoine. When doing the Heatran quest, the NPC named Buck will take all your Rare Candy and Master Ball(s). Once you have completed the quest, he will return them after being spoken to. Did you begin, but not finish, the Heatran quest?

While the proxy server change helped alleviate the server issues, there are still connection problems. As such, we still do not recommend fighting bosses, doing PvP, or doing anything that could be lost to a proxy server crash. Have a nice day.

  21. This is the first time I've personally heard of this kind of issue. If there are more reports regarding this, we will look into it.
  22. Hello @Gu1nevere. Apologies for the delay. Unfortunately, we will not be refunding your Reroll Ticket. To further explain the issue: the reason it appears that way is because the previous system would save the accepted IVs twice. So, once you used the reroll, after the implementation of the new system, the two saved rerolls were displayed. It is not a bug, just the way the old system worked.

  24. Hello @Hisoka007. Apologies for the late reply. We have tested this multiple times and could not find anything wrong with it. Our conclusion is that it is just really bad luck. Though it may be hard to believe, we found nothing wrong with these moves.
