The Ranger at the entrance of the forest will take away all the Pokéballs. Once the quest has been completed, the Ranger will return the Pokéballs. Regarding your EXP Boost Potion, could you tell me when you purchased it?

A screenshot of other users having the same issue in the official PRO Discord server would be enough.

However, if you can provide sufficient evidence that there was a crash during the time you specified, it can be looked into again.   11. The Red and Blue servers combined to make the Silver server. So the data that was in your Blue account was moved over to Silver. If you wish to continue on Gold, you can transfer servers. You are given a free transfer every 30 days, each subsequent transfer within the 30 day cooldown will cost 100 coins. If you have more questions, please let me know.
  12. Hello @Xarzith. Apologies for the late reply. Could you tell me what you see when you login to the Silver server? If you cannot login, try resetting your password. Make sure it only contains letters and numbers, as special characters can prevent you from logging in.

  18. Hello @PichuRin. Apologies for the late reply. Due to the server instability during that time, we recommended not to PvP, fight bosses, or do anything that could be lost to a crash. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your BMS or MS. As for compensation, we gave a Free Safari day included with some very nice spawns, some of which could have event forms. Furthermore, we have given a free EXP boost for for all members for the entire week.
