Hello @serioussamgre. Apologies for the late reply. For starters, you must speak with the Aero Airlines NPC south of the Vermilion City gym to reach the event island. Once there, you can use the video link posted above as a guide. Furthermore, there are multiple guides here and here. You can also find a guide for the Keldeo quest on the PRO Wiki here. Hello @veerbahadur. Apologies for the late reply. Have you perhaps attempted the Heatran quest? If so, then the Buck NPC will have them. You can reclaim them from him after you've completed the quest. Hopefully this resolves your issue. If you have further questions or another issue, don't hesitate to make another post.

Hello @CitizenPete. Apologies for the late reply. It looks like CitizenJoe mailed the items to a player named Items. This is why you didn't receive the items. Please double-check whom you send the items to, in the future, to avoid this issue again. I have forwarded this to the Devs and hopefully we can revert the mail—so you can get your items back. Keep in mind that our Devs are very busy, especially during the holidays. In the meantime, we ask for your patience and understanding.

Hello @twetty. You can change the form of your Volcanion by speaking with Captain Murphy in Eriyadu Town. Keep in mind you cannot revert the change once it has been made. Hopefully this resolves your issue.

Hello @goldgrant16. Apologies for the late reply. When doing the Heatran quest, Buck will take all your Rare Candy and Master Balls. Buck will return them all, once you have completed the quest. Hello @Pedrawr. Apologies for the inconvenience. The issue stems from your antivirus deleting some of the files needed to play the game. Could you try deleting all your PRO files (this includes the ones in the Recycle Bin) and temporarily disabling your antivirus? Afterwards, redownload the game. Hopefully this resolves your issue. Hello @Daniel4949. Apologies for the late reply. At this point of the story, Rock Smash is not needed. Assuming that you have defeated the Rustboro City Gym, talked with the devon worker just outside the gym, retrieved the Devon Goods from Team Magma/Aqua in Rusturf Tunnel, and saved Peeko, you should make your way to the southern section of Route 104 and enter the house there. Inside, the NPC will offer to take you to Dewford Town for small fee. Before leaving, make sure you have the letter given by Mr. Stone inside the Devon Corp building in Rustboro City. If you find yourself struggling with the Hoenn story again, read this post for a complete walkthrough. Hopefully this resolves your issue.
