Lost 50 PvE Coins after buying Rotom from PvE Shop
Hello. Unfortunately, we will not recover neither the Pokémon, nor the PvE Coins for the simple reason that you made a mistake. I understand it must be frustrating and I wish we could assist you, but simply put, there is no way for us to verify if you genuinely made a mistake or if you lost connection or just failed to capture it. Furthermore, if you were unsure of the process, you should have verified the information instead of trusting your search results. Good luck and take care.

Disalignment between TM / tutor
Hello @Tracekun. My apologies for the late response. Pokémon can learn moves through a variety of ways. The learning methods are based on the official releases. So, in the case of Sandslash, it can learn Throat Chop via the TM, not from the Tutor. This is no misalignment, just following the official games for accurate and fair learnsets. The Throat Chop TM can be obtained in PvP chests. I hope this clarifies your doubt. Let me know if you have further questions.

How to catch latios and latias
Hello, It appears you do not meet the requirements needed to do the Latios & Latias quest. One of the requirements is having all non-legendary Hoenn caught data, which you are missing quite a lot of. Once you meet those requirements, you can do the quest and catch your pick of two. Here is a guide to the quest, which also outlines the requirements needed. [ BUG WHEN PURCHASING RR TICKET IV ]
Sorry for the extreme delay. According to our database, you did in fact purchase 2 Reroll Tickets. You have since traded two Reroll Tickets to another player. You have also rerolled a few of your legendary Pokémon. From what I can gather, there is no bug and you did receive 2 tickets. If you can provide further information or evidence, I would be happy to revisit this.

Accidentally sold pokemon to joro
Hello @Isotropic. As per the announcement by AlCedo—an Admin—on February 27th, 2026, Pokémon submitted to Collector Joro will no longer be restored. Therefore, we will not be obliging your request. buying z crystal
Hello @Vegetarox. Purchasing a Z-Crystal from the NPC will come with a fee of either 75 PvE coins or 45 PvP coin. Your current balance does not meet either requirement, therefore, you cannot purchase any crystal as of now. You can either increase your balance of either coin to reach the allotted purchase amount or attempt to clear the Mono-Type tournament again in order to claim the crystal you want. Hope this clears things up. If you have further questions, please let me know.

Missed discord mount code by 20 minutes (Summer Pikachu)
Hello @Fwuff. I'm truly sorry to hear you missed out on redeeming the code and by such a short margin, too. It's really unfortunate, but we cannot do anything for you here. If we make an exemption for you here, then we would have to oblige other similar requests. The announcement was very clear on the runtime of the codes and players had 48 hours to activate it. I understand that not every player is aware of how the redeem codes work or aren't aware of where to redeem them at or they simply didn't have the time or availability to redeem it while it was active. Sadly, those situations are beyond our measures and control. So, regrettably, we cannot award you with either a new code or the item received from the code. I'm sure this is a disappointing answer, but our hands really are tied here. All I can say is try to be more proactive when/if another code is shared to make sure you get the item quickly. Once again, I apologize. Take care.

Money Glitch
Hello @Aryawnnnn. My apologies for the late response. There can be many different reasons to this issue. The most obvious and most common is simply forgetting what you've spent money on. Have you perhaps purchased anything from another player or from an NPC such as Pokéballs? Perhaps you blacked out against a wild Pokémon? Please do your best to recall and answer these as best as you can. While you do that, I'll do some investigating to see where these funds could have gone.

Hello @Physicswalla. My apologies for the inconvenience. To begin, please make sure you have downloaded the latest client release. You can find that here. Next, if you still experience these issues, players have found that closing the client and relaunching has fixed the issue. This is just a workaround, not a permanent fix and not intended to be this way. Devs are fully aware of these issues and they are looking into it. I'm aware of how frustrating it can be going through this when all we want to do is play, we are just as frustrated as you are. But, all we can do right now is wait for Devs to work on it and hopefully a fix will be here soon. Let me know if you have any further questions.

game crashed during Kyurem (quest)
Hello. @Gammacactus Unfortunately, the answer to your question is yes, you have lost the reroll ticket. To receive it as a reward, you must defeat Kyurem all three times and if you crashed during one of these fights, it will count as a loss. Sadly, we cannot do anything in regards to this. This is because there is no way for us to verify that 1) the crash was not on your end or that 2) you would have successfully beaten Kyurem. We understand the servers are experiencing some issues and we do apologize for that. In times like these, we recommend avoiding doing activities that could be ruined by a crash, such as bosses or PvP. There are still several ways of obtaining reroll tickets, such as Solaceon Daily (possible 7th day reward), PvP Chests, exchanging Reroll Shards for a ticket, purchasing them from PvP or PvE shops, and a few other methods. I'm sure you were hoping for a more positive response, but there is nothing we can do for your situation.
