Please try lowering your Cleffa’s happiness by having it faint against a wild Pokémon, then reach maximum happiness(255) again and that should trigger the evolution. Hello @Sandiiza. My apologies for the inconvenience. A while back, all Gym Leaders received an update. In this update, the Sootopolis Gym was changed from two leaders to just one—Wallace. You only need to defeat Wallace to gain the Rain Badge and proceed to the Hoenn League. Hopefully this clears things up. Let me know if you have further questions.

The Content Scripter team is aware of the issue, but it is a low priority issue and will likely take quite a while before it’s fixed. Hello @Surf420. We do not offer de-leveling services anymore due to the implementation of the Mysterious Candy item. Mysterious Candy triggers the evolution of a level 100 Pokémon, provided it meets all its evolutionary requirements. In the case of your Magneton, you simply need to be in a magnetic field(Power Plant, New Mauville, or Mt. Coronet). You can purchase a Mysterious Candy from any Department Store, PvE Shop, or PvP Shop for 5k Pokédollars, 2 PvE coins, or 1 PvP coin, respectively.

Hello @Danaz. My apologies for the late response. The Light Stone is only obtainable as a reward for clearing the Xmas Dungeon. As the name suggests, this is only available during the Xmas event. So, currently, it is not possible to get the Light Stone or catch Reshiram. You’ll need to wait until the next Xmas event. If you have further questions, please let me know.

However, you can circumvent this by rearranging the setup of your windows. The move info popup should display properly in a different area of your screen. Let me know if you have further questions.

Sorry for the delay. What you're suggesting is highly unlikely. Unless you have some sort of proof that the window for the new IVs did not pop up, we cannot confirm you actually did not get it. For example, there is no way for us to not know you could have just not liked the IVs and now claim there is a bug. Not accusing you of anything, just a possible scenario that we must consider. So, unfortunately, we cannot refund the Reroll in any way.

Hello @Coad. In order to claim any Mega Stone, you first need to have a Mega Bracelet. The quest to get the Mega Bracelet can be found in Vermilion City Library. You simply need to show Assistant Theodore a Pokémon with the following conditions: Level 100. Has your OT. Has the ability to mega-evolve. Has maximum happiness. Has maximum EVs, which is 510. These can be in any stat, as long as it is 510. Then, once you have the bracelet, you will receive the Salamencite. Hope this clears things up. Let me know if you have further questions.
