  4. Hello @Feki93. Based on the footage, it seems you did not check one spot where Gardevoir can be in. See image below. Right behind the candlestick, you can see a few pixels poking out. That's the missing Gardevoir that was preventing the boss from spawning. I know it may be hard to see, but that's part of the challenge. Try to look more carefully next time.   8. Hello @Raikoben100. My apologies for the inconvenience. When starting the Heatran quest, the Buck NPC will take away all your Rare Candy and Masterballs until you complete the quest. Hope this clears things up. If you have further questions, please let me know.
  9. Hello @Leicam131. According to our database, you already have the Cut HM in your inventory. Meaning you have completed the S.S. Anne quest line and can proceed onto challenging the Vermillion City Gym. Can you take a screenshot of your TM/HM inventory section?

  13. Hello. Unfortunately, we currently do not have a comfortable way of deleting accounts so we do not delete accounts for now.
  14. If you’re in desktop, you can open two clients and trade between your two accounts. Otherwise, you can use an intermediary third party to trade to your second account. Just make sure it’s someone you trust and always take screenshots to be absolutely safe.
  15. Egg moves and Move Tutors aren’t the same thing, so no it’s not strange. Not sure what issues people faced but there shouldn’t be any, as far as I’m aware. Not exactly sure where the confusion is.
  16. Hello @Trxnks. My apologies for the late response. To begin with, every player is allowed up to four(4) accounts. Each account has two characters, one in Silver and one in Gold. Currently, we do not delete accounts since we have no comfortable way of doing so. If you want a fresh playthrough, you’ll have to create a new account, as long as it doesn’t surpass the 4 account limit. I hope this clears things up. If not, or if you have further questions, please let me know.

  18. Hello @Hydralisk. To answer your question, no accounts do not expire nor are they deleted after some time of inactivity. Nothing happens to an account that hasn’t been active.

  20. Hello @Shaharsh. My apologies for the late response. Psychic Marina will only reload IVs rerolled with normal Reroll Tickets. IV-Locked Rerolls will not count for this.
