  6. Hello, sorry for the delay. Seems you started the quest before some changes were made and then completed it after the changes, making it bug out. None of this was your fault and it has now been fixed. The items taken by Buck have been returned to you now. Please verify that and get back to me.

  8. Hello, Despite the Dashboard saying it would take 48 hours for a username request to be processed, unfortunately, that is no longer accurate. This is because the team responsible for username requests, the Game Master team, is currently severely understaffed and has a huge backlog of work. Due to the nature of there work, they focus on higher-priority duties and can only process username changes when they find free time. Speaking of which, remember that all Staff are volunteers who devote their own time and energy to the game. Be it work, family, school, or another reason, we have many responsibilities in and out of the game, and with a limited team, there is only so much we can do. None of this is your fault of course, and all I can do is offer my apologies, but I do hope you can understand.
  9. Hello @Fogyetstorm. By sponsoring a Guild, I presume you are referring to the 400k needed in order to create one? If so, then the leader must procure those funds and execute the command while holding said money. As for how to procure those funds, well it is up to you. There are many methods to gaining money in the game, including Bosses, other repeatable content, PvP, and hunting. As for being allowed to recruit in public channels: you are free to post recruitment messages in All chat to garner interest in your guild. However, you cannot do so on Help or Trade chat, as these messages are considered off-topic in those channels. On forums, you will have to stick to the post you made for your Guild and in the Looking for a Guild subforum. If you have any further questions, please let me know.

  24. Sorry for the delay. The servers have been fine, so I am forced to assume it is an issue on your end. Please double-check your internet connection and/or your router. You can also try deleting all the files and re-installing them.
  25. Hello @Dyggietv.My apologies for the delay. When receiving PvE Coins, it may take a few minutes for your Trainer Card to reflect the changes. This can quickly be amended by logging out and logging back in. That will force the Trainer Card to update and your correct PvE Coin balance should be on display. However, if you do desire to have the Pokémon back, we can do so but we will have to remove the coins you were given for it. If you would like to proceed, please give me more details on the Pokémon you gave so I can identify the correct one and restore it.
