If I understood correctly, the battle sequence went as follows: You lead Alakazam Ditto transforms into Alakazam and uses Trick/Thief to take Leftovers You switch to Breloom Ditto uses Trick to swap its Leftovers and your Breloom's Toxic Orb You use False Swipe on Ditto Toxic Orb activates causing Ditto to faint from poison damage Is that an accurate summarization of what happened? If not, please correct me. However, if the battle sequence did go as I said, then unfortunately we cannot compensate for your lost Toxic Orb. This is because that is how the move is supposed to work, not a bug or glitch. For future reference, remember that if you catch the Pokémon that took your item, it will be holding it and you will be able to retrieve it. You can obtain a new Toxic Orb as a reward from Bug Catching Contest, as a reward for defeating George boss, or by purchasing one from the PvP Coin Shop for 50 PvP Coins. Though this may be disappointing to hear, please try to understand. If you have any further questions, please let me know.

Hello @Darkduhtank. My apologies for the inconvenience you've encountered. I fail to see any sign of a bug in the picture you've provided. Do you have anymore evidence that points to a possible bug? Simply what you say is not enough to determine if there is a bug or not. As for your request to reset the boss, that is unfortunately not something we can grant. Granting that request would be unfair to previous players who were denied.

If you don't know the differences between the Transit Passes, then just the price you paid for it will be enough. Regarding the second MS Medallion you activated it, was it another 15d or was it a different one? Could it have been a Mini MS Medallion?

Have you interacted with the correct computer in this room? Can you share a picture of what James says? Could you also share a picture of what the guards say?

Does your Greninja have the Battle Bond ability?

Hello @Proshamwat. Thank you for reporting this possible bug. May I ask if you evolved something else prior to Froakie/Frogadier? If you did, then it would simply be a visual issue where the evolved data hadn’t updated properly in your Pokédex. If you did not evolve a Pokémon prior to Froakie/Frogadier, then please let me know and I will forward this to our Testers to see if they can find an issue. Thank you again for reporting this.
