  11. Hello @abuiusa7. Apologies for the delay. There was no reported error regarding the distribution of Mysterious Tickets during the World Quest on the 22nd of February. The only explanation is that you did not contribute sufficient IVs.

    Hello @Maui. This is how Trick is meant to function during battles with wild Pokémon. If you trick an item to a wild Pokémon and they faint or you disconnect, the item will be lost. However, if you catch the Pokémon or trick it back, you will receive the item back. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your Choice Specs. Though this may be disappointing, please try to understand. If you have more questions, please let me know.

Alternatively, you can try to use a VPN (This is a free one among multiple options) or try to connect directly by pressing the F2 key to open the console and write: "Connect 92.119.158.4 800" (92.119.158.4 801 for Gold) and then press the enter key. Keep an eye on the announcements channel in the official PRO Discord server for server status updates.

    Hello @Eltio87. With the implementation of the Mysterious Candy, we no longer offer de-leveling services. A Mysterious Candy will evolve any level 100 Pokémon that meets all its evolutionary requirements. You can purchase one in any Department Store, from the PvE Shop, and from the PvP shop; check the link above for more details.
