  3. Hello @icebat. Apologies for the inconvenience. We are yet to find the bug that is causing the connection issues. So, unfortunately, there is no fix as of now. Everyone is working hard to try and find this bug so we can fix the issues. We have even posted a reward for the user that finds the bug, as you can see in the image below. Though it may be frustrating, please be patient while we find and fix the problems. If you have more questions, please let me know.

  19. Hello @abuiusa7. Apologies for the delay. There was no reported error regarding the distribution of Mysterious Tickets during the World Quest on the 22nd of February. The only explanation is that you did not contribute sufficient IVs.
  20. Hello @Ct7y. Apologies for the delay. Your server transfer on the 18th of February is what is causing this issue. You will be able to proceed with the quest once you transfer back and speak with Professor Oak.

    Hello @Maui. This is how Trick is meant to function during battles with wild Pokémon. If you trick an item to a wild Pokémon and they faint or you disconnect, the item will be lost. However, if you catch the Pokémon or trick it back, you will receive the item back. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your Choice Specs. Though this may be disappointing, please try to understand. If you have more questions, please let me know.
