Hello @AzazelD. Apologies for the late reply. To begin with, thank you for taking your time to file this report. However, this is not a bug. It is simply how the tilescripts interact with the client, which can cause desyncs. When passing through a tilescript, your character is supposed to stop on your screen. If it does not stop, then a desync has happened. On the server's side, it did stop. Which is why this "bug" happened. By pressing the "resync" button on the bottom left of your screen, these issues are fixed. You may need to press that button several times when doing this part of the quest.

There were plans on giving player's their items back right after the update, but the sudden server issues have become our highest priority. The Developers have been working tirelessly to fix the issues. As I said before, your items will be restored. Please be patient.

Hello @Disperiax. Apologies for the inconvenience. The reason you lost access to Trainers Valley is because currently there is a bug with the Pokédex that removes caught and evolved data. We are already aware of this bug, but the server stability issues are a more pressing matter at the moment. Once the server issues have been dealt with, the Pokédex bug will be handled and your data will be restored. In the meantime, we ask for your patience and understanding.
