Hello @Shekhar786. Apologies for the late response. The Charmander you are using was caught on the 17th of March, 2021. Did you begin the quest before or after the 17th? As you can see in the picture below from the Staff guide to Wave 1 of the Mega Stones, the starter you choose must be freshly caught. Revival Herb can be purchased in any department store or found in a lootable item in Aphrodia Island East. Pink Peony Blossoms can be found by stepping on pink flowers in Aphrodia Island East. In order to unlock and travel to Trainers Valley, you must fulfill the following requirements: 120 or more Kanto Pokémon caught (1-150 in the Pokédex) 38 unique evolution data (they must be from different species; they can be from any region) To have battled Red at the top of Mt. Silver (the outcome of the battle does not affect anything) From the looks of it, you are missing evolution data. You can see this number in your Pokédex. Furthermore, there is a star icon on a Pokémon's Pokédex slot to indicate which Pokémon you already have the evolution data for. If you have any more questions, please let me know.

Hello @manarjouu. Apologies for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we cannot restore the Manaphy. However, you can earn a second chance at catching Manaphy by defeating Nikola boss in Trianers Valley. Once you have defeated the boss, Manaphy will reappear where you had fought it. If you have any other questions, please let me know.
