  4. Greetings @Dezaliii Glad to know that the issue has been resolved. To add to it for other players, you have to catch a 140+ IVs Pokemon in the Bug Catching Contest, the Judge will then speak to you after the contest only when you have total 500 hours of playtime, you will then have to enter the Top Rightmost Room in the Bug Catching Contest Hall where you can catch Genesect. You will also be able to take a Synchronise pokemon of your choice. I hope this helps. As the issue has been resolved, I will now lock this thread. Greetings @Banditto You have for sure got the Evolution Data for evolving Espurr into Meowstic-F but it doesn't show in the Pokedex as you have the Meowstic-M(678) seen already and as it is a different Pokemon altogether(shown under the name number, 678), as you have also pointed out here, evolving to the female one doesn't show up as evolved, that is the star marked under the Pokemon in the Pokedex doesn't show. To clarify, evolving to Meowstic-M would also give you the +1 in Evolution Data count and also show up as evolved(star mark) in the Pokedex. I hope this helps.   9. Greetings @Giorgietto I am sorry to hear about your situation. For getting another chance at catching Mew, you have to beat Boss Nikola at the Unknown Place in Trainers Valley. If you haven't unlocked it yet, here's a guide on how to get to Trainers Valley(more info here). After beating the boss, you have to go back to Faraway Island, speaking to the Lapras in Pallet Town around 12:00-13:00 Poketime where you get another encounter with Mew to catch it this time. The EXP. Share has been refunded to your bag. For the Hoenn Teleport quest, you first have to speak to a Security Officer at the top floor of any Pokecenter of any city in Hoenn. After that, head to New Mauville from Route 110, and speak to Wattson there. After speaking to him, you have to start beating all the Trainers in the and deactivate the Electro-Barriers in the way. After defeating them all, one will say that she hid the remote-control key which is in a box in the north-westmost room accessible room where the NPC Nova will be. The box in the room would be the room's southeast corner. After getting the key, you would be able to go through to the north-east room.   10. Greetings @Asppirhyne For the fishing method first you have to get a Fishing Rod like the Old Rod that can be obtained from Fishing Guru in a house in Vermilion City. Note that this rod can only help you encounter a few specific Pokemon with a fishing spawn in the map. To fish you need to drag your fishing rod from the bag to the bottom left hotkey toolbar and click on it while adjacent to water. Note the fact that there is a 4 second cooldown between each fishing attempt which makes fishing a tedious and a slower method of hunting in water than Surf, and thus it is not a suggested one either, as @Niuniu also pointed out, which I appreciate and thank them for. Some things you need to check before you start fishing on a map are: All maps do not have a fishing spawn. You can check if a map has a fishing spawn from in-game by clicking on the side menu on the top right, where if you see a fishing icon on the pokemon, it has a fishing spawn. Much like the one in the spoiler below. Some spawns need other fishing rods to get access to them. For example, Super Rod helps encounter pokemon like Mantine in the map which Old or Good Rods cannot. You can check the type of spawns a map has in our Official Discord Server(click to join) with the ^s pokename/mapname command in bot-commands channel, checking the Area column of it which can be either of Land, Surf or Fish, if it shows Fish, there is a Fishing spawn in the map. For info on the Fishing hunting method you can check our Wiki Page(click to check) on the same. Thus, there is no bug in the fishing spawns. I hope this helps.   14. Greetings @Muneb As the PvP Rules say, you can only use two of your accounts to play PvP within each season. That means you can use two accounts to PvP in both servers. It also mentions that, you can have only one account in the Top 25(both Ranked and Random Ranked) at the end of the season, which here means that you can ladder with one account in one server only. Keeping that in mind, here are some examples:- You play PvP in both servers using both your accounts and reach Top 25(either/both of Ranked and Random Ranked) with an account on Silver server, then use another account or the same account on the flip side, Gold, to reach ladder there. This is Against the Rules, as @Mysticwind also pointed out, which I thank them for. You play PvP using both your accounts in both servers and reach Top 25(either/both of Ranked and Random Ranked) with with just one of your accounts on Silver. This is following the rules.   18. Hello everyone If your Xmas Charmander was evolved, that is in @Dkim0107's case, a Charizard, you were not offered the discount. This issue has been fixed now. And yes, as @Backo0711 said, which I thank them for, you have to bring an OT Xmas Charmander or its Evolutions(such as Charizard) with you when purchasing the chroma for it, you will now be able to get them for 250k pokedollars each. The refunds of the additional charges due to the issue might take a little longer. Your patience is appreciated in this case. I take it that @Viscabarcaa and @Mvnschaalke require the refund in this case, besides Dkim0107. I hope this answers everyone's questions regarding this. You should now be able to get a guaranteed Legendary encounter if you have first encountered a Pseudo-Legendary(from the 50/50 chance to encounter a Legendary or Pseudo-Legendary) from the Birth Island. We can again offer you a refund for the four tickets that you have used here if you wish to release the four Pseudo-Legendary Pokemon you have listed, which you got from the Birth Island. Let us know if you still want that and if yes, please release the Pokemon that you have listed here and let us know altogether so we can proceed with the refund. Hello @Monkeycaolanh This usually happens when you disconnect or relog during a battle, the game server must wait for the battle to finish on the battle server before saving and disconnecting the user but due to miscommunication between the servers, there can be a delay in logging in again, like that.
