  1. Hiya @Luckipain I apologize and understand the frustration and worry caused due to the delay of responses on your 2FA thread. Only a select few Staff members handle such request as it requires us to deal with sensitive and private information, such as your E-Mail Address and thus are held in a private subforum. There are hundreds of similar requests everyday and we work on multiple 2FA threads at once due to their frequency, along with other work that are included in our huge deal of Staff workload. As for this, it seems that your request was lost amongst the others, I have forwarded it to the Staff Member handling the request. To @Kipstur, General Support here is a public subforum, hence, sharing about your 2FA request is not allowed. You should just stick to your original 2FA thread where you are allowed to bump your request once every 24 hours and not create more threads or share info around that in public subforums, in relation to it. A Staff Member will promptly reach out to you in the thread, at the earliest of their convenience. I hope this helps clear out everything.   2. Hiya @Deeedzzz I apologize for the slower than expected responses on your 2FA thread and I can understand the distress caused due to not being able to play the game on being back after a while. But please bear in mind that only a select few Staff members handle 2FA-Email recovery requests as it requires us to deal with private and sensitive user information, such as their E-Mails, and for the very reason are held in a private subforum. We Staff members also dedicate our own free time towards this and do this work voluntary and hence have our own real life duties, jobs, studies, etc. to attend.   5. Greetings @Yeue I am sorry to hear about your situation here. You can fix this by following the steps below: Click F2 to open the console in the client. Type the command, clean reg, in there and click enter. Doing that should reset the client settings to default and close it then opening the client again you should see that the render resolution is fixed. Please confirm if that should be all. As we are closing in on the end of season, it will likely be processed after that, since we need to verify the purchases of the people who bought the Chroma suffering the bug, as Shinohara also mentioned before. Don't worry if you have really suffered this bug and bought the Chroma without the discount, you will get your extra payment refunded to you without a doubt. You have completed the World Quest(WQ) on January 6th 2024(starting 16:00 GMT+0) with a total of 708 IVs and got a Mysterious Ticket from the Mysterious Cultist as the WQ was a success. The required IVs of the total goal to get a Mysterious Ticket from the WQ was 651(0.5% of total IVs). For restoring the Deino that is of a total of 138 IVs, we would have to remove the Mysterious Ticket that you have received as reward, since you are left with 570 IVs for the WQ without it, which is less than 651. As a clear warning is given when you are entering a new region that you won't be able to use any of your Pokemon, that includes the items currently held by them, from the previous region(s) before you get the 8th Badge of the said region, we cannot do anything to recover that item for you here. It would thus be better to remove any items that you have holding on Pokemon from the previous region before entering a new one. I understand that the EXP. Share is quite vital for the ease of leveling up Pokemon and that this is not the response you expected. I do hope that you understand that it is how the game is intended. You need to have a Garchomp with Max Happiness(255) in your party and walk west from in front of the Police Officer and Cynthia(that is where you are standing in the screenshots you sent) between 4:00 to 5:00 Poketime. Then the battle with Cynthia will start and after defeating her, you will get the Garchompite. To check the Happiness of a Pokemon you have to keep it in your party and then type /happy <number of Pokemon in the party>(1-6) in the chat or in the F2 console.   22. Greetings @Yteixna I am sorry to hear about your situation here. There is actually no bug around the Pokedex and Side-drop menu of spawns in the area. Seems like the issue you're facing is due to lack of CPU resources and/or RAM available to the client. Make sure you have less/none of the demanding applications open in the background which should help with this issue. Let us know if this helps or if there is more to the issue than we presume.   23. Greetings @Kayraxz The value of a Pokemon depends on the rarity and the stats of the Pokemon. Shiny and Special forms of Pokemon often have a higher value than the same Pokemon in its normal form as they are harder to encounter. Following are the ways you can encounter Shiny Pokemon:- In the Wild, the rates are 1/8192. As boss reward upon the third win, 1/4096. 1/500 from the Magikarp Salesman in Route 3. Shiny Rock in Hoenn Excavation sites, rates-1/8192. Reviving Fossils at Research Labs(more info here), rates-1/1000. 1/500 from Blue Pokeballs. Remember that regardless of the rates here, encountering a Shiny or Special form is totally dependent on RNG. You can check more about other Special forms and their encounter rates and availability in the Pokemon Special Counterparts guide(more info here). Pokemon in their normal form are also valuable depending on the IVs and nature of the Pokemon you caught, this also applies to Shiny and Special forms. Here is a guide on Pokemon Stats(more info here). Regarding what you should hunt for making money out of selling it, you should ask other players about the Pokemon commonly used by people in PvP and PvE. Coming to Items, Rare Candy being one, are also valuable depending on the specific item. Pokeballs, Great Balls and Ultra Balls and other items that are buyable in Pokemarts are not tradable. Other special catching balls, like Moon Ball and Master Ball are tradable and valuable. For everything you wish to buy or sell, it is recommended that you get a price check from other players in the All, Help and Battle chats, in-game and/or in our Official Discord Server(click to join), in the trades-and-prices-gold/silver channels after getting the server roles from the rules-and-information channel.
