Just saying "change rewards" doesn't really help, you need to show what kind of changes you mean. In my opinion bcc is already balanced, it's a totally free activity aside the pokeballs you use to catch with, but those are dirt cheap. The reward list is really good compared to the free entry: Personally a -1

Blaziken is a part of a starter trio, it would be awkward for them to release a quest to get hoenn starter megas but blaziken would be absent. Gengar is alone so it isn't as big of a problem there. Because of gengarites low usability there won't be alot of people needing it so having it inside an event for those who really want it is a fine approach in my opinion. A fitting reward for an event, the halloween and gengar go hand in hand. Because halloween is only once a year it is a balanced thing to give out because it won't affect people who didn't play during that time.

The reason it was released within an event only in the first place was because it is banned in pvp, The use for it outside pvp is not that good as far as i know. I'll counter question you; What would you do with the stone after you would have it?

Gms are the exception, you never become a GM straight off the bat, you always have months of experience in your previous moderation role (cc, mod and tmod). And because they usually have alot of information about their past post it'd be dumb to just leave all the previous work behind

-1 Not really possible, every clothing has an individual sprite for walking and mounts (3 frames per direction). If they were to add a new pose that would mean adding 12 new sprites for every existing clothing and that is just plain mad because of the amount of clothing the game already has.

The 5k fee to go in is fine in my opinion, but the 5k to come back is a bit ridiculous. All other areas have always been a pay to enter and then you are free to leave when you want. If you had only 5k and wanted to go there you would be practically stuck there unless you grinded tons of mons for their cash or traded at a pc.

Pretty sure this is included in alot of the latest content as they had a view range update some time back (staffview removed from public). Applying this to previously released content would be very time consuming and not worth in the end as there is thousands of npcs, and it wouldn't be clear what they are doing before you look at their individual scripts which takes even more time.

Staff weren't obliged to add any of these in the first place, they are quality of life improvements and you should be happy that they even are a thing.
