Nincada evolves on level 20 to Ninjask. If you have an empty spot in your party and a Pokeball in your bag you'll additionally get a Shedinja. From the update logs about evolution changes.

Current event has one: 1. Talk to Sailor dionysis in any of the ports to enter Vulcan Island 2. Surf east from the first area in Vulcan island 3. At the area east of the first area in Vulcan Island there is a cave in the bottom part of the area 4. Make your way through the cave east, there will be a ladder to go down (Flash is suggested to move through the cave AND rock smash is required.) 5. The area down the ladder has a lootable pokeball with an ice stone inside it. If i recall correctly you need to surf to get to there Non event version to get an ice stone is one of the maps near Snowpoint City, but i do not remember the exact location, it is in the top part of a tree is all i can remember.

After using the mount for some time now i can really say that i love it, i love how it feels like i'm riding a tank. The front doesn't bother me at all cause i don't use any headgear items, usually only wings. It's a beautiful mount, not everyone will love it, but i do.

The mount is really good for 1 days work, i'll only say that you should make it look what you think it should look in regard to shading and all that stuff. You seem really talented in pixel art so i trust you fully with it and i'll wait for more content made by you.

When next to water, click the mount, not the water (the notification that pops up is for normal surf)
