Sucker is +1 so if u outspeed someone elses +1 prio u go first. Extreem speed always goes before sucker punch, so sucker fails. I mean rip all garchomps who dont own hidden ability, lol. U could ban garchomp instant here in pro. :P Smogon: A player cannot increase their Pokémon's evasion stat with a move that specifically increases evasion.
