Dear @Hor, In order to convert Kyurem into White-Kyurem, you need both Kyurem and Reshiram, then talking to the stone in Eindoak cave. You can go to Eindoak by taking a ship from Lilycove(Hoenn) to Eumi Theme Park, then taking to another sailor to move to Eindoak town. The cave is on the North of Eindoak town. You can catch Reshiram in Dragonspiral Tower in Eindoak, but you need item Light Stone which is only obtainable by chance from Dungon of Truth which is only available during Christmas. So if you do not catch Reshiram or own a Light Stone, you cannot convert them to Kyurem-White for now. If you have further questions, feel free to ask. Best regards, PinkFurret

For Fenekin and Alto Mare Secret Garden's: changes have been made and will be coming for Fennekin and Alto Mare Secret Garden spawn, you can find the change logs with the change here: https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/217075-spawn-update-logs/#comment-1310795 For Buring Strait Underwater: There's actually a small problem because there are 2 versions of this map, one of them should not be displayed as it was only accessible during the xmas2020 event for the Keldeo quest. The "Burring Strait Under Water" map with mudkip's spawn is no longer accessible and shouldnt be displayed. Only the "Buring Strait Underwater" map is accessible with this spawn. And for East Sea Shellos : Unfortunately, the pokemon has not yet been added to the game, so it's impossible for us to add it to the spawns at the moment, but if or when it is added to the game we'll certainly consider making this change. The reason your accounts were banned were two: Macro Usage repeated times, on many accounts and for a long time. Advertising Macro tools on our official platforms. You have been found using macros several times during the past few years. Despite all the accounts you got banned for using them, you continued to create new accounts and keep using macros, which is really stupid. No one is being hostile against you, but you are violating our game rules (which you accept when registering) and just getting punished for doing it.
