Eevee evolves, its not a different form while Rotom doesnt evolve and only changes its form. So Rotom is the same pokemon regardless of its form while the evolutions of Eevee are differerent pokemon.

Greetings @Aergia, Sorry for the little inconvenience! Sneasel evolves into Weavile if you level it up while holding a Razor Claw, during Night Time. For info, you can find Razor Claw on wild Sneasels or at the Historical Excavation Site, in Hoenn, and buy one there. You encountered a little bug that can be fixed easily. Now that your Sneasel is level 100, you will need to use a Mysterious Candy, that can be found in any Dpt Store and use it on Sneasel. Mysterious Candies can be bought in any Dpt Store for 5K, at the PvE Coins Shop for 2 PvE Coins or at the PvP Coin Shop for 1 PvP Coin. Don't forget that the requirements to evolve Sneasel are still needed. So you will give the Candy during Night Time and keep holding the Razor Claw . At the same time, i can definitely complete my 10 PvP ranked games every season and try to secure atleast 200 ratings.
