I would say that compared to what the Requirements was back in 2018 for certain legendary's (im looking at your Legendary dog quest that needed 750 hours in game back in the day) They have become very player friendly. all you need now is about 250 hours (not including the Regional timers like hoenn jirachi Requiring 120 hours when you entered hoenn for the first time) you can pretty much (for a new player at least) take that long just to complete the main story (kanto - sinnoh) and some side content like pinkan and kanto Fossil quest. Now for those legendaries in pvp only a select few are even used in pvp all too much, like entei, heatran, manaphy, and zapdos. By no means do you need these to do well in pvp. There are even decent teams you can build just from catching Kanto mons. As for locking certain legendaries in the PvP Requirements instead of the Reqs we currently have i would find that very tedious and i think would make new players very frustrated by grinding out a certain number of games and or rank just to get one of their favorite mons they just want for pve content. It makes all legendaries universal so no one is at a disadvantage. Say only the top ten ranked people in the last season could get a latios or landorous T, that would give those players a huge advantage that other players would not have. Less options are always unwanted. People who want the legendary/mythical will just grind it, The only part that can kinda be annoying is grinding out the evos/caught data, but as a MMO i find it acceptable. There are services you as the player can buy off other players to help. Sure you cant really buy Evo services anymore ever since they nerfed lending, but you can still buy trash mons off people to help. Maybe i just find it acceptable b/c iv been with the game for so long with over 2k hours in it. I can see how it could be frustration for a new player but its not like that player is alone. They can get help whenever they can ask. With spawn data, the best spots to hunt, best spots to grind and much more. As for the amount of players in pvp and the numinous amount of stall players out there. I got to say the pvp update has been delayed for a while now. With just recently have we gotten any real updates on that. Iv seen plenty of my friends quit the game b/c of it taking such a long time. With the newest news we got, just a hunch but pvp may get even more populated then you may want. As for the stall players there are mons that counter stall very well. Im looking at you venusaur and Serperior and many more. Just takes time to learn and personally i see more balance in pvp nowadays. But at least we can agree on one thing. People will still complain about anything for basically no reason. The amount of hate stall players get is one of those ;)

The Reason People play baton pass is its consistency, it has a lot of options as for who is getting the Buffs after passing to deal with the current team they're facing. We shouldn't Ban baton pass outright, that would hurt mons such as Volbeat's Niches in pvp (tail glow Pranster), also mons that just got "discovered" such as baton pass to lapras. Effecting the Majority over the problematic mons. Such as Manaphy/togekiss/dnite/Volcorona. (less togekiss b/c its general very versatile) Rain teams would also hate to lose one of their most powerful wall breakers in Manaphy. Then that breaks up Weather wars power placements. What im Suggesting is Maybe a Combo Ban, banning mons such as scolipede and X mon together. I chose Scolo since its one of the baton passer teams central mons. Basically a requirement to building a baton pass team. Choosing the combo mons to be banned together would be the hardest thing to decide. I say ban the few before the many. Things like this should take time to test and see how the metagame evolves overtime. With Scolo banned with these mons new options appear, Less consistent options. Like the one that comes to mind off the bat is speed boost ninjask with focus sash or some Manual speed passing with agility tank Gliscor. Things that take at least a turn more to do before passing than scolo. Sure scolo will be paired with other pokemon that can abuse its speed hax but that is when the community will always come in and suggest a fix By no means am i someone who plays PRO pvp to ladder each season and by no means is this a 100% perfect fix to the problem its more like a patch that can be written over later when need be.

Rerolls used to be universal and that deemed too op for the market so pro nerfed them back in 2018 i think, i cant remember. There are still 'UNIVERSAL' Rerolls but they are very rare. and the last one was given out at 2018 easter event from a raffle.

Now This is going to be a suggestion where i think they should split forest pit into 2 parts, maybe north and south forest (forest or mountain is another idea) The reason is the overpopulated high teir pokemon in forest pit. Having six teir 7 and up (four t8 and two t7) makes hunting one of these high tier pokemon extremely frustrating when you encounter another one of these high teirs that your not hunting. So my solution is splitting the spawns (Fairly) into 2 different areas of forest pit. Here's how i would divide the spawns Forest Pit North Spawns (or forest pit) Snivy - tier 8 Houndour - tier 8 Pinco - tier 7 Ursaring - tier 5 Teddiusa - tier 3 Ledyba - tier 3 Sunkern - tier 2 Sentret - tier 1 Forest Pit South Spawns ( or Mountain pit) Tepig - tier 8 Larvitar - teir 8 Murkrow - tier 7 Sudowoodo - tier 6 Rhyhorn - tier 4 Dunsparce - tier 3 Slugma - tier 3 Now i can say that Forest pit south spawns have a heavy Adamant Sync Viable spawns. So trading Murkrow with pinco could fix this. Also adding a Low tier (tier 1-2) mon to Forest pit south would even out the spawns very well. I Suggest something like Geodude or Sandshrew. This will make Spawns somewhat even and less frustrating. Thank you for reading and Thinking about my suggestion.
