  1. Pro is a very special case of a pokmeon MMO Done right. Ill explain what i mean, of course your entitled to your own opinion as everybody else so im not hating. [just a Quick note, as of your profile you started on February 6th meaning you spent about 2days on pro. Pro Really shines in the late game as most mmo's do.] First i want to say about the difficulty or the level jumps you say there is. there is a slight increase in lvl from route 9 to rock tunnel when you dont factor in trainer battles. Trainers on that route have lvls between 18 at the lowest and 21 at the highest. putting it right in the middle of lvls of rock tunnel and route 9. Giving the player ample exp to get some exp. Also Rock tunnel may have some20-24 (at the highest is a cubone that can be 26-30), there are Pokemon that spawn from lvl ranges 10-20. So The curve your saying thats too high cant be true here. As for the Grind, All Pokemon Games has some form of grinding you have to do. Whether it be for a gym battle or a rival fight we all have to do this. It is true however that Pro's hidden mechanic that makes Evolved Pokemon have to gain a substantial amount more experience to level up, is what your facing with your play though. This is one way you make a Game like Pokemon a MMO, and with all MMO's the grind gets easier as you gain access to new areas via Quests/story completion. Now for Trade locking until the 4th gym badge. This is in place so players at least have to work hard and play someway though the story to learn the mechanics of the game, what makes it a MMO. Also its there so people wanting to make a new account dont just give their highest level pokemon and break story events that happen. (you will see when you get there, no spoilers from me) As for Being unable to Switch pokemon out or in when you successfully faint an enemy Pokemon, That is there to make the game difficult. Letting the player switch out Pokemon would make the game a whole lot easier and pretty boring. Its the same with pvp battles. And even the same with The main line Pokemon games when battling via online or with a cable. Runaway rates, now this is a very simple point that is actually the exact same as every Pokemon game ever. Running away is based on Your active Pokemon's Speed stat. If your pokemon has a higher speed stat than you opponent than your chances of running away are greatly improved. The same is if your speed is significantly lower than your opponent your chances are greatly decreased. Of course this doesnt factor in things like held items like the Smoke ball (allowing 100% running away from wild pokes) or ability like Run away. As for the Critical hits and Market scaling Shinzeria (in the post above) already made those points clear. For the closing im going to address the Opinion That pokemon doesnt really fit a MMO style, Which i will Highly disagree with. See Pokemon as always been a Pretty Easy game. They only ever experimented with a Hard mode in Black and White but all that did was reworked enemy trainer's pokemon moves and increased there level. Ever since its been getting easier and easier. So Pro is like The only one of its kind to make a Pokemon game (excluding Rom hacks which can be brutal and is just a rehash of a game) To make a difficult Pokemon game. The story is easy as long as you want to learn mechanics and improve and i can say with 100% if you finish all 4 regions that are currently out you will look back and say that wasn't all too hard and be left wanting more. Thats where pro shines the Brightest and also where it shows its MMO side. Though bosses, events and grinding becomes the funnest part of Pro. To log in and be surrounded by people to talk to while your planning on what you want to do for the day. Since there are plenty of daily quests to do with rewards a plenty. The market really opens up when you start to understand prices. I have the most fun with just Farming to sell stuff to people or lending my Pokemon out to friends who want to use them in pvp. Its the community that Makes pro work out so well. Theres even guilds that let you gain additional exp just for being in one that increases for how many people is in that guild. So i will say, give Pro another shot. If its not for you then good. Quit pro. There's plenty of other Pokemon games (including Fan games) that will give enjoyment. But there may be a chance you will see pro in a new light. Sorry if i sounded rude, i just love this game.
  2. Very good Quality poke here, i wish you luck selling it. A modest bump for you good sir.
  3. Move animations are Probably not top Priority in the long list of "stuff to do list" Pro devs have. With 2 regions in the making and as well as the PVP update in the works, we prob wont have more animations in a long while.
  4. Prob not specs or scarf. maybe expert belt Hydro, willo wisp, EQ my quagsire Dragon pulse my quagsire Reward i got was around 15k, 25 tomota berries and 2 pve coins
  5. Do you take any items as currency i.e. Reroll tickets rare candy c.c's?
  6. Just a heads up you need to be clear on the End time of the auction as well as any C.O. (current offers) as well as whom bid on it.
  7. you can always use the command /gkick username in chat to kick someone. hope it helps
  8. Theres a thread for this exact thing, https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/129049-url hope it helps
  9. -1 (but not for the reasons you think) I think this is one of the ways Pro teaches the player in ways that doesnt involve peoples help. It teaches the player that Unevolved pokemon level up faster can easily be lvl'ed up to 80 in less than 20 mins. if you look it at that way its kinda genius. also if you really wanted to you could catch a rat and just have someone lvl it up for you. I did it with my alt account to go directly to hoenn after johto.
  10. I highly agree with this, Unranked battles can just easily be done though the challenge command. Also makes battle chat more than a gg wp zone. Lets people who wants to battle actually use the chat.
  11. Ever since the graveyard been added i wonder why do we not do this but i believe the pumpkin king would be great in there. Fits with the whole Undead graveyard theme. Maybe put him in the middle of the graveyard to act as a centerpiece tying the map together. unless your actually going to do something with the table.
  12. Theres one glaring problem with this. PVP The only way i can see them allowing players to catch Ubers (ubers is a teir on showdown dictated to the most broken pokemon not just legendarys/mythicals) is having a pvp filter. That scans your team before you inter a pvp queue. if it detects a uber ie like darkria it will not allow you to enter the queue. Many people dont read the pvp rules or even know smogon teir system so this would be a problem. Theres also the balance of Bosses in the game. allowing you to catch a broken mon like mewtwo or Xerneas would be pretty much auto picked for most bosses. They removed the banned pokemon filter from reworked bosses so that you can use any mon against them and still be challenging. Allowing ubers would in turn bosses into a cake walk with no way of fixing it without banning them from bosses.
  13. If Taloflame gets to come back i want my Dugtrio back. #arenatrapisbalanced
  14. nice one, hope it sells well
  15. do you take cc's as currency?
  16. (n)ice to meet you <3
  17. I regret to inform you all vulpix's have been sold. I totally forgot about this post. Been awhile thought it closed.
  18. Avulugg, its litterally a table
  19. Non-Stop Repels but manual (no yes or no option) just sounds like you use repels till your out to save the time if you encounter a mon in between repels am i correct in thats what you want? If it is thats a big problem that probably wont get added due to botting. Setting up a bot can be complicated, the more steps in the boss process can slow it down or have a higher chance to break the cycle. Such as if a Server lags for a moment and it misscounts the steps you use. Lessening the Number of steps by added a Auto Repel Feature just makes botting more consistent. Hopefully I Understood you with what you were trying to explain. If not please reply. Everyone has a voice.
  20. My guess is why they dont add this feature is its Botting capability. This would give botters a faster way to farm and have a less likely way of getting caught.
  21. Delevel Request. In-game name: iceflake Server: Gold Pokemon ID and/or screenshot: screenshot
