  7. Hello, sorry for the late response. Riolu should be able to evolve when you either reach max happiness(you may need to drop their happiness by having them faint against a wild Pokémon first) during daytime or when leveled up with max happiness during daytime. Note that daytime begins from the Pokétime of 10:00 to 19:59. Please try one of these methods and let me know if it works.

  9. Hello @Shangxiao. My apologies for the late response. Burring Strait Under Water is not available at the moment, so you cannot hunt Dhelmise. Burring Strait Underwater is available. You can access it from Mistuki Island, where the Keldeo quest is found. Let me know if you have further questions.

  11. Hello @Doggystyl. Looks like your Gligar is holding a Dragon Fang, instead of a Razor Fang. This is why it’s not evolving. If you do not have one, you can get one from wild Gligar who have a chance at holding them in the wild. You can use either Thief or Covet to steal the item, or catch the Gligar and it will come with the item equipped. Let me know if you have further questions.

  22. Hello @Xytreh. Sorry for the late reply. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do in these situations. We cannot restore anything that wasn't caught. Also, we cannot refund the item since there's no guarantee it would spawn Raikou again. If we do it for you, then we would have to do it for anyone who claims the same, which can lead to it being abused by players unhappy with what spawned. I'm sure this is disappointing to hear, but please try to understand. Take care.
  23. Hello @Shadowlmao. My apologies for the late response. Unfortunately, there is no way to take the item off the locked Pokémon. When entering a new region, you are warned that any held items equipped to your Pokémon will be locked alongside the Pokémon. You'll have to get the 8th Hoenn badge to be able to retrieve your Exp. Share. I'm sure this isn't the response you were hoping for, but please try to understand. Have a great rest of your day.
