  1. Hello @nhthanh1999. Apologies for the late reply. Those battles are only done in order to obtain the seen data of the legendary Pokémon. If you already have the seen data, then you will not be required to fight them. So, you can continue the quest normally. However, you must unlock the Moon. You can do this by speaking with Professor Birch in Littleroot Town. If at any point, you are having issues with the quest, take a look at this guide.   8. Hello @Arepaman. Apologies for the inconvenience. The issue stems from your antivirus deleting some of the files needed to play the game. Could you try deleting all your PRO files (this includes the ones in the Recycle Bin) and temporarily disabling your antivirus? Afterwards, redownload the game. Hopefully this resolves your issue.   11. Hello @Foley1Kanobi. Apologies for the inconvenience. That NPC is what is known as a Boss; they can be identified by their red names. This particular boss is Professor Birch, which requires being champion of Hoenn to battle. This is not a bug, but simply a dialog divergence. Nonetheless, we appreciate your concern.   15. Hello @Weaselbjones. We no longer offer de-leveling, since the addition of the Mysterious Candy renders it needless. Mysterious Candy will evolve a level 100 Pokémon that can evolve and meets all its evolution requirements. You can purchase Mysterious Candy from the PvE Coin shop, the PvP Coin shop, or any Department Store. If you have further questions or another issue, don't hesitate to ask.
