Unfortunately, we cannot restore evolved data, as that's not within our powers. However, we can offer to restore one of your released Azurill so you can evolve it once more and obtain the evolved data for it. Would you like us to restore an Azurill for you?

Apologies for the delay. It looks like you did, in fact, contribute sufficient IVs to claim a Mysterious Ticket. The ticket does not get added to your inventory, rather, you must claim it by speaking with the Mysterious Cultist after the World quest has been completed. Did you speak with the Mysterious Cultists after the World Quest had finished? If you did not claim the ticket before the next World Quest began, you will no longer be able to claim that ticket.

Hello @AvikGaming1403. Thank you for taking time to report this. It can sometimes take time for the Trainer Card to update with the correct amount of PvP and/or PvE coins. You can circumvent this issue by logging out and logging back in. Eventually, your Trainer Card will display the correct amount of PvP and/or PvE coins. The NPC will show the correct amount of coins, regardless if your Trainer Card is updated or not. Hopefully this addresses your concerns. Hello @mathusank. Apologies for the late response. Being able to login to the opposite server is normal. This is because you have 1 character on each server, per account. Can you tell me what happens when you log into the Silver server? Is your progress now on Silver or on Gold?
