I included the 3 possibilities: Middle of the quest (not beaten Hannah but some of the trainers), had beaten Hannah (you'd still be screwed since Hannah was deleted and you'd have to start the quest again on the new one) or if you were about to start it :P There are players who beat Hannah but had not yet used the NPC to teleport to Sinnoh and had posted in General Support, that's why I wrote it that way.

+1 to this and they CAN give good rewards :) hard work deserves compensation.

Welcome! If you're willing to start over in Gold, we'll gladly accept you in the guild discord in my description :) If not, I hope you can find a good guild in Silver! (I also love gen 2 btw, my fav game is Gold)

My guildmate @jimmicha has been more or less able to trace the bug when he was rushing through the story of my accounts doing a quick service. This bug seems to only occur on PC, and it often happens only in the first two badges of the Kanto Story. After multiple tests, he has also uploaded his files (from my request) so that devs (hi wally hi cames) can see it and check if there is anything wrong. He has also managed to record it and it seems to happen for no reason. As you can see, the bug always happens if you try to switch a pokemon in the first turn in battle against a wild pokemon. In three consecutive battles, he was able to reproduce it with a 100% rate, and he could do it in all consecutive battles. This was tested on the Bhimiso account on Silver Server progress (my Gold one has story complete, my Silver one only had a badge at the time). This is the client he is using so you can check through the files. As you can see, he has a 100% rate on getting the bug to work in Mt Moon by switching the first pokemon in the first turn before the opposing pokemon can do anything. It also works on different pokemon. As I mentioned before, this only happened in the PC version, not in the Android one. He will now continue to rush through Story so I can do some more guides (also, it's a story service lol). If we find any more bugs or proof, we will post it. If you deem it necessary, move this post to the bugcenter. He also kinda needs help, because this happens 100% on the time in Mt Moon, unless he does NOT switch. Then, he is safe. He will be able to cross it by fleeing all fights and not switching in any battle, but he's gonna take long to get through it.

Possible issue with the é in Pokemon. She also has the same issue in more of her texts. EDIT: Also happens with Barry dialogue when he leaves his house in Twinleaf Town. "It's a", not "It's". It's missing the a. She previously mentions: "Do you like tea?" "You should try!" "You should try it!" should be the correct answer. Not seems like, but looks or appears to be. This might've been a too direct translation from another language. Also, data or grouped data or collection of data (this last one can be weird though) instead of group of data. Missing a coma after Wow. (or !) On the top, not on top. On top would require us to literally be standing on an object. On the top (percentage of players, for example). Aside from that, I think Roxanne, the first gym leader in Hoenn, had some errors in her dialogue, I don't exactly remember if it was before or afterwards. I think it's afterwards.

Thank you SO MUCH, I am now in Sinnoh. The guide to enter Sinnoh is now also complete thanks to your intervention: https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/152381-url I've also added you in the Special Thanks section in the guide. Hope you have a good day et merci beaucoup :)

GUIDE IS NOW COMPLETE. You can now use this guide to access Sinnoh. Special thanks to Whitebaron (twice thanking him now) for helping me and fixing my variables. You can post the guide on the discord or you can send it and link it to anyone that needs to beat the quest to go to Sinnoh. I hope this helped you out!

I'd say yes because this would benefit me into infinity, but I think this might actually be a pain to implement. I'm getting a bit confused. Would it just be mailing items to yourself in your other server progress? Or with anyone? Edit: Okay, maybe the idea might be a bit too OP and open up exchange between both server item markets. I'm not very sure this would be too positive for the server's economy.

Well, I messed up. I was doing the Sinnoh Quest for the Forum Guide I was going to post. I fought the first Grunt in route 101 and I accidentally went back into Littleroot. All the Grunts disappeared and Stan disappeared and thus, I cannot continue the quest. I'm just reporting it here as it exactly happened so you guys can check and fix the bug if you can find it (and also please help me lol, I need to fix the Forum Guide with the missing pictures and I need to visit Sinnoh :( ) (Thanks to my guildmates though, they helped me finish the guide and I was able to make a draft of it, I'll fix the pictures later). (Also thanks to Nezuko who tried to help me too) To clarify: this bug occurred on my Silver Server progress of the Bhimoso account.

Since the most recent change just a few days ago (hours, even), the quest to access Sinnoh has been completely replaced. If you were in the middle of the quest, about to start it or had beaten Hannah but not talked to her and teleported to Sinnoh, you'll have to start the new one from scratch. Good luck, trainer! VERY BIG WARNING: ONCE YOU ENTER ROUTE 101 TO FIGHT THE GRUNTS, DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT GO BACK TO LITTLEROOT TOWN. IF THE NPCS DISAPPEAR AND YOU CANNOT PROGRESS, POST HERE: https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/871-url . THERE SEEMS TO BE A BUG WHERE, IF YOU GO BACK TO THE TOWN AND THEN REENTER ROUTE 101, THE GRUNTS COMPLETELY DISAPPEAR AND YOU CANNOT CONTINUE THE QUEST UNTIL YOU ARE HELPED BY PRO STAFF. WELCOME TO THE SINNOH ACCESS QUEST GUIDE! The quest will start once you speak to the NPC Paul in Lilycove City (Hoenn). You need to have 6 pokemon in your team that are at the very least level 80 or above. This can be acheived by training them in Mount Silver or in Cerulean Cave as the NPC says. However, getting access to Cerulean Cave is painful, so we can also borrow a friend's team. The pokemon do not have to be ours to be valid for the quest, so we can borrow 6 pokemon at level 80 from a friend or train them ourselves. He will then teleport us back to Littleroot Town. Once you exit your house, you'll find unwanted visitors: Team Galaxy Grunts! The villagers need help! You will then approach Stan, who stares at you, menacingly (yes, this is a Jojo's reference). He will fight you with strong pokemon. He has a level 70 Exploud, Hariyama, Crobat and Purugly. They will then Teleport and escape. Go north to route 101. More grunts will appear. The next one has a level 70 Mightyena, Dustox, Masquerain and Luxray. Grunt Bernie is next. He has a level 70 Mawile, Aggron, Electrode and Skuntank. Grunt Jack comes afterwards. this will take long... He has a level 70 Cacturne, Altaria, Whiscash and Bronzong. Grunt Mario has a level 70 Whiscash, Claydol, Banette, and Drapion. There's still more! Grunt Karina has a level 70 Medicham, Dusclops, Glalie and Toxicroak. The last Grunt, Vincent, has a level 70 Absol, Tropius, Flygon and Weavile. You will then reach Oldale Town. Heal up and try to go to Route 102. Stan will block the way and fight you with his level 100 Alakazam. When he's defeated, he will teleport you to Route 103. You'll see Mars, Saturn, Pluton and Birch. However, you'll hear a mysterious voice: Maxie and Archie will take care of two of them, while you'll fight Pluton. He is a tough one. Pluton has a level 100 Slowking who will spam Scald, a Rotom-Wash, a Porygon-Z, a Blaziken, a Sceptile and Swampert (the pokemon they forced to evolve, it seems). Since many people asked for help on this step, I will give you an example strategy of how you can beat this boss easily: 1.- Geodude with Sturdy + Stealth Rock (or any evolution, you can capture one in Mt Silver with the moveset ready as Graveler) 2.- Electrode with Eerie Impulse (you can get one at a high level already in Cerulean Cave) 3.- 1 Pokemon with a good setup move. Examples: Gyarados with Dragon Dance, Clefable with Cosmic Power, Slowbro with Calm Mind and Iron Defense, etc. For this boss, I recommend you either unlock the Mega Slowbro Stone or you use a Clefable, easy to farm and use. You begin by using Stealth Rock with Graveler and letting it faint. Then you Eerie Impulse multiple times against the Slowking and faint your Electrode. After this, switch in your pokemon with a setup move equipped with leftovers, set up until your stats are maxed and you will be able to sweep. Example: Clefable - Cosmic Power, Toxic, Softboiled, Moonblast Gyarados - Dragon Dance, Earthquake, Waterfall, Ice Fang Slowbro - Iron Defense, Calm Mind, Slack Off, Surf However, they will escape after you defeat him. You will talk to Birch and he'll actually tell you that the three Hoenn starters are lost in Route 101 and 102. Mudkip can be found just below Birch in the Route 103. You need Surf to pick him up here. Torchic will be hiding in the spot in front of me in Route 101. Interact with it to rescue the lost pokémon. Treecko will be hidden in front of me in this spot in Route 102. Interact with it as you did before. Once you have picked up the three Pokemon, talk with Birch. He will tell you to go and talk to Alakazam. He can be found in the Docks in Lilycove City (same place you can go and get the boat to go back to Vermillion and Olivine. Congratulations, you've now completed the new Sinnoh Quest! VERY BIG WARNING: ONCE YOU ENTER SINNOH, THERE IS NO GOING BACK. YOU MUST DEFEAT THE ELITE FOUR IF YOU WANT TO GO BACK TO THE PREVIOUS REGIONS. Special thanks to: @WhiteBaron (mr corsi handsome french boy) for helping me out and fixing the variables that bugged while I was doing the quest. @Donuts02 for lending me his level 100s so I could rush Hoenn to do a guide of the quest for forums. @jimmicha for rushing my account story in Silver so I could do more guides for forums.

As stated in the PRO Discord Announcements channel: Edit 1: Prehax, Nikola and Suspicious Bot and Mysterious Cultist on Guild Island don't count to the limit.

Suggestions where Staff really should focus on
Bhimoso replied to Ganzlocker95's topic in Suggestions
Just wanted to add that the recycler was fixed and readded today. I'll stay aside just reading the comments :) -
Thank you! Everything is fine then, you can close this thread :) (I also swear I won't answer support posts too much lol)
-
(I'm writing this quickly from my bed with my phone because I'm too lazy to get on my computer lol, I hope this does not get sent by accident before I finish the post). Have the item rewards in the Recycler been changed? As stated in the Prowiki, these were the current rewards: https://prowiki.info/index.php?title=Lake_Cave However, I wanted to know before trying if the chances of getting good items have been increased or decreased, if the items themselves have been changed or if we can recycle new items/we can't recycle some items anymore. Thank you :)

The quest has just been changed and it now starts in Lilycove if you talk to the NPC called Paul. You can also wait for a Staff member to answer and see if they can help you out :)

New Sinnoh Quest Bug Report Megathread
Bhimoso replied to Whitebaron's topic in NPC & Scripting Bugs
Today there was an announcement in the official PRO Discord announcing that the quest had been changed. It also says to speak to the NPC Paul in Lilycove city. Good luck! (You might need Staff assistance though, if a bug may arise now) -
I'll give this a bump so I get a few more answers and then this can stay buried until I have to link it to a newbie :harold:

+1, for the love of god just remove the limit. I understand there's too many bosses now in the game, but you can easily get unlucky and get no useful reward from some of them and completely waste your time. Either remove the limit or increase rewards dramatically. This just limits money gain even more for players without giving them an immediate way to compensate. In my opinion, if you're going to limit the amount of bosses they do, limit it as a max to every 3 days, and increase the rewards immediately before you do this change. Otherwise, this is just a huge nerf straight up without compensation. Not everyone can play every day to compensate or hunt every day and some players relied on doing bosses to maintain a basic economy to then spend it on hunting and selling. The synch change was also brutal even when understandable (it didn't follow the original games mechanics, but I mean... bosses? Dig spots? Pokestops? That's not in the originals either), but this feels like another hinderance for players instead of an actual helpful change such as increasing the rewards BEFORE you limit our money gain drastically. I understand now that's too many bosses and maybe the money gain might be too much (it's not THAT much though), but it's not the player's fault that there are so many bosses. I completely understand the change, but I feel extremely annoyed by it. I barely did bosses because most of the time the rewards were a roulette between pathetic or too good, and most of the time it wasn't worth your time (you also have to spend a LOT of money into boss teams and time training them, learnimg moves, trying it out... even when there are low tier options and baton passes).
