Throughout my time on PRO I've seen my fair share of people asking in chat for people to message them back again because they accidentally closed the chat window. This has led to a lot of spamming in different in-game chats and sometimes they might never find each other again and then they resort to the forums in hopes of finding them. If they trade, the other party might feel like they bailed the trade and in some rare cases even perhaps false reporting it. All for a simple misunderstanding that could've been resolved by something as small as a system message displaying the name of the participant(s) when you close the chat window. Suggestion: I suggest that PRO should implement a new option for when you close a chat window. Which goes as follows: Should a System message appear in chat with the name of the participant(s) when you close a chat window. Example drafts for visual look of how it could function: In-game Chat: In-game Options Menu - General: Reasoning: I firmly believe that this small feature/option would help a lot of individuals and strangers alike that may have accidentally closed the chat window during their trade or conversation and who have to resort to spamming other in-game chat rooms to hopefully get the attention of the other party. There are also the potential that they might never find each other again. So that is why I firmly believe this small feature is what could make or break a lost conversation. And also hopefully reduce a few cases of spamming in-game or false reporting of someone bailing a trade, when in reality they accidentally closed the chat window and forgot the name of the user they traded/had a conversation with and then couldn't get in contact with them again. So to further strengthen my suggestion, here is a PROs (get it "PRO"s... sorry) and Cons list: PROs: Easier for strangers to track down previous conversation(s) in chat for a short period of time. And allow them to pm them again if they need too More visible and stands out in chat It's tailored for trading between strangers Allows the one who accidentally closed the chat window to quickly get back into the conversation May prevent spamming in chat and potentially a few rare cases of false reporting Cons: If the other user sends a message after they left, the chat window will open again Will be annoying if its not a togglable setting for the majority of veteran players Might only be used by a small portion of players This cons and pros list is way too short

Looking for guild id-Tanmay 123 (gold server
Desumi replied to Tanmay123's topic in Looking for a Guild
Hey @Tanmay123 Yesterday me and another fellow Contributor started a brand new guild on Gold called Necromancers. We'd love to have a new member, should you pass our few requirements. Interested? Check out the Guild post and apply below it following our application format. Have a nice rest of your day and I hope you'll find the right guild for you! -
You can teach Weavile Ice Shard through a Egg move tutor which are found in any of the Daycare centers (i.e route 5 in Kanto). Hope this resolves your question. Haven't unlocked the daycare yet or don't know what it is? Take a look at this guide, it will help you unlock it if you have the needed prerequisites for starting it.

-1 TL;DR at the bottom I personally feel like this will only benefit a small number of newer people doing story and that the timeframe for people actively using this is slim. I know you said this is aimed for newer players, but it still wouldn't really suffice and do much difference, as there is many many maaaaaaany other ways to earn plenty of cash as a new player and to buy the pokeballs needed for hunting. So please take this as constructive feedback. But, leaving my personal opinion aside and let us dwell a bit deeper into this. There are many variables that I see is missing here and that should be addressed first. Getting a pokeball back for each 3 pokemon caught and released isn't really a worthwhile reward. You are losing 3 pokeballs worth to only get yielded a single pokeball OR 75 pokedollars back. That's not really a reward, that's basically a scam, even if you got a pokeball and 75 pokedollars back for every 3 pokemon its still a huge loss in the longer run. Furthermore, if you caught it with a great ball or ultra ball, would you just get a single regular Pokeball back. While you may still get something back from releasing it, it really isn't worth it IMO. Same as my response above, its a huge loss and you are not earning anything back from it except a Pokeball. And even if you do get "something" back from releasing them, unlike in the current version, its still a big loss IMO. Moving on... I agree that it looks like a waste of time to release. And to end-game players like myself, it is only used to clear box spaces to not reach the box limit while hunting or doing World Quest. I also understand that it may seem frustrating not being able to buy those pokeballs and that the struggle for money is real especially as a new player. But, there are many ways that new players and veteran players can earn lots of money in a small period of time. So take a look at the options below, it may be the solution for you and others in a smiliar position as yourself. Want money fast? And have 5 Euro or more to spend on PRO? All it takes is 5 euro to buy a Coin Capsule (aka a CC) in the Coin shop for 100 coins (essentially 5 euro). This can be sold for 400,000+ Pokedollars irrc (depending on the current market value). I would suggest that you observe trade chat for awhile and look for people selling CC and then sell your own CC for the same price as them or perhaps 10k lower to attract more buyers. This will easily get you 300 Ultra balls for 270,000 Pokedollars or 500,000 Pokedollars for 600 Ultra balls irrc from the Ultra Ball Maniac found in the Kanto Safari Zone building located in Fuchsia City. Don't want to spend your irl money on PRO? No need to worry, you can simply read HOW TO MAKE MONEY IN PRO 101: THE GUIDE. It features everything a newbie on PRO would need to know about getting money on PRO from the get-go. As much as I hate to admit it, Bhimoso did a very good job in making it as noob friendly as possible. And its pretty long too, so you can expect it to be packed with useful information. TL;DR I feel like this will only benefit a small number of newer people doing story and that the timeframe for people actively using this is slim. Thus, rendering this a pointless suggestion which I don't see any merits in. There are many other great ways of earning money fast and efficient on PRO, whether you're a new player or a veteran. Plenty of good in-depth guides out there that can explain how to earn money fast and efficient, even as a new player.

+1 First, I believe this suggestion sort of falls within this topic created by Eaty back in 2021: https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/171340-customized-pokeballs-boxes/ Furthermore, it has been a widely discussed topic in the past, but have yet to see the lights. As for the unique suggestion brough fourth by you, seasonal pokeball skins are a great addition. I believe that something of this caliber could be a great addition to the game. But it all depends on how they are introduced and the obtainablility of them. But, with many other good suggestions, it may fall short depending on what the staff on PRO can handle and afford to put their efforts into.

denied 3% on world quest completion should get reward, regardless of complete or fail
Desumi replied to Q25's topic in Suggestions
Going forward, this is meant to be contructive feedback. Please keep that in mind. TLDR section can be found at the bottom of this reply. To be fair, granting only those who reach 3% completion regardless of World Quest failure is just the same as neglecting all of the efforts put into it for those who spent countless hours just getting to the 0,5% milestone or barely made it but in the end and was not rewarded because it failed. I had the same opinion as you after my first WQ, which also failed. But, I have since changed my opinion, because it felt selfish of me to be thinking that way. I assume that this suggestion came to blossom after the failed Bidoof World Quest which seem to have failed on both servers alike. Let me tell you, making 3% on the Bidoof quest is significantly easier and less time consuming then getting it in any other normal tier 8 or tier 9 World Quests. Still, if you believe that they/you should be given a reward regardless, I'm not entirely against it or I wasn't in the past. But, I am against this suggestion if things like special World Quest events like the Bidoof World Quest isn't excluded from this reward. Why is that? Because effort should never be neglected and it is way too easy to get 3% on it, making it practically useless and unfair for the rest that also helped participate and got over the 0,5% milestone. And I did say it is "way too easy", but this differs for everyone. I know that getting roughly 48 068 IVs (bare minimum IVs for Gold server) isn't a easy task for the Bidoof WQ. And I'm not neglecting your efforts when I say this, but you would have an even rougher and harder time in a normal tier 8 and tier 9 World Quests, which also seems to fail more often then not. Practically rendering this suggestion pointless, as it will only benefit people in most cases on special WQs and that I am heavily against for said reasons above and below. Honestly, make it fair for everyone who participated and not neglect all the awesome people that helped bring it closer to 0. I'm not saying that a individual should not be rewarded accordingly for their efforts, but never neglect the rest of the participants for your own selfish reasons. Doing such will not amount to anything and it pains me to see this. Hmm, idk if this is meant to be a reassurance for this suggestion or you just straight up ranting about your loss. So... Here, let me enlight you with a short story about my first World Quest on PRO. It was around 1-2 years ago that I found myself intrigued with the World Quest and decided to finally try it out for the reward it yieled for the first time. However, this was unfortunately posted right before, what would later be known IMO as PRO's worst timing for a Special Outbreak. Earlier that day, the World Quest was announced, it was irrc a tier 8 or 9 Pokemon. The worst nightmare for any hunter, people were mad in chat, everyone was on edge but they still continued to push forward. People were saying that the WQ might actually be successful despite the odds. However, little did the community know that a super Rare Outbreak with irrc Star Wars sprites with a high spawning chance was about to unfold. I was at that point already on my 11th hour online still hunting for a Skitty and was barely passing 1,6% mark. There were only a few hours left and irrc about 40,000+ IVs remaining. I was at 2,4% when it ended. But I still hunted for 4 hours straight, and there were only 1 other dedicated person hunting with me on that location for the entirely of the hours remaining, and I believe the other spot were also pretty much emptied right after the special Outbreak was announced. It was sad to see how my first ever WQ failed and on top of that, I were that close to my first ever 3% on a 100,000+ IVs World Quest ... I dedicated my entire day for an event that yielded me nothing in return, that had taken 15 hours of my life and amounted to nothing, because I kept on submitting the captured Pokemon after I hit 0,5% the first time because PC storage and to be sure that I lowered the number so others would submit too. Honestly, it was a real punch to the throat. So I understand the frustration of wasting hours for nothing, and furthermore going into 2022 with no rewards for your efforts. For the record, Waleed1301 have already suggested this back in 2020 and or potentially others that I've missed on the way. https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/146408-small-change-in-how-the-world-quest-works/ TLDR; Make it fair for everyone who got 0,5% or more. Do not neglect the effort of everyone participating. Perhaps give rewards to everyone who participated in some way to compensate for the loss to at least yield something back for all the effort one have put fourth. Its easier to get 3% during a special World Quest then it is in normal World Quests (tier 8 and 9), which renders this suggestion pointless. -
Bump to not let it float into the void and become lost forever.
-
That is intentional. You are not suppose to leave/exit the area without defeating the 20 trainers in a row on Mt Pyre first. Exiting will result in them resetting. I would suggest using items to heal/revive between trainers and not exiting the area to heal in a Pokecenter, as exiting will result in trainer reset. Once you are done with the quest, they won't reset anymore iirc. And this story area is as the wiki page states... Hope that resolves your problem.

What in the Delibird am I looking at... Nice collection though.

First off, thanks for the friendly comment, glad you didn't take it the wrong way. Now, for what I meant with the following quote: When I said "hunt for a living", that was not meant as in earning anything that yields any real-life money, but rather as a metaphor for people using all their time on PRO just hunting for rare Pokemon with the best IVs and gets their income that way, unrelated to any real-life money profits which is against the rules as you stated. Hope that clears up any confusion I might've caused you while reading my comment earlier. My apologizes for the confusion. Hope you have a great Christmas and a happy new year!
-
-1 I understand the frustration of not knowing what you're going to get before capturing it with your sparse amount of Pokeballs. But that should not make any leeway for having an easier time hunting on PRO. But, here is the big deal for why this should never be a thing on PRO, despite any valid arguments that any individual may have. RNG and Economy, two beneficial factors that plays a major part on PRO that makes the trading market work and that make the game fun and exciting. If you knew the IVs, hunting would be easier, but the prices would be lowered as an result for high-end Pokemon and other tiers following suit. Furthermore, the money sink for Pokeballs would significantly drop. Both have a major impact on the game market and the fun in getting a super rare pokemon with IVs that's epic or godly. I'm not saying that the game would be unplayable, but it would have fewer merits than it has negative impacts on a lot of features, such as but not limited to World Quest, Outbreaks, Trading, and Pokeball vendors. Let us discuss your three arguments. Your first argument about having an easier time hunting... While it may benefit people with having an easier time hunting Pokemon, it would only lower the actual price of the said Pokemon when it comes to trading. Even if that's not directly related to you specifically. There are said individuals who hunt for a living and are entirely making profits of the RNG factor of the Pokemon being sold. Taking the RNG factor away or making it easier, would just lower the overall value of any good tier Pokemon being sold. As for the PC storage issue(s), a good trainer would not have over 800+ Pokemon, to begin with (I'm one of those who still have yet to clear my PC storage, waiting for that PC storage update that's been in the making for years...). But if this is an issue for you, I would recommend clearing out any Pokemon and at least keeping it at 400-600 at maximum, so that you can hunt to your heart's content and then from there delete and repeat the process. Let's dwell a bit deeper into your last argument. Make it a tool in the Coin Shop for some money, huh? It's certainly a possibility, but not something worth doing IMO. It's not the same as items such as i.e Axe, Flashlight, Shovel, etc, if it was similar that would have been a great option and a decent money investment. Furthermore, something of this caliber would have most likely been a one-time purchasable item, as it doesn't fit the bill of being a time-related item (i.e Black Medallion). Nevertheless, you had a great suggestion. And I hope you can take this as constructive feedback and not as something evil. Because all I want is for PRO to flourish with the best ideas. TL;DR RNG and economy are the two most crucial things on PRO. If you remove the RNG element when capturing a Pokemon or having the control to view the IVs before capturing a Pokemon. It would only lower the overall value of the said Pokemon when it comes to trading. This would in terms lower the prices of all Pokemon and crash the market over time and the money sinks (i.e Pokeball vendors) would lose their intended effects as you won't be making as many purchases as one normally would.

The total IVs needed for either was above 4000+ IVs for the first milestone of 0,5%. In short, it would require 40+ Pikachu's where each having a IV of over 100. This is why you did not recieve any ticket, despite having delivered around 2000-2500 IVs out of the 4000+ IVs needed. Here is the formula for calculating 0,5% of the total IVs for each server and their individual results: Silver server = 816802 x 0,005 = 4 084 Gold server = 812898 x 0,005 = 4 064

I don't think you fully grasp the reason behind it, hence why you get so worked up over this. In my own personal opinion I believe what PRO have done with this quest is how it should be. There was a whole discussion about the same issue where Pikachu could only be taught Surf on Route 19 if you chose it as a starter and that seemed to later be reworked. But in this particular case, I don't believe PRO should make it available to everyone like with the Special tutor for Surf, simply because of the challenges that follows with choosing Pikachu as a starter and that it feels great to be rewarded with something that shows your efforts and commitment to following the actual lore of Pokemon. As for making it "tradeable", that would only defeat the entire purpose of having it as an exclusive story-related and lore-inspiring item as part of a secret side quest. The only viable reason I can see why PRO would perhaps add it, would be because it could be turned into a purchaseable cosmetic. But I understand the frustration of wanting something that one was not aware of before starting the game. But I, as someone who loves lore and story-related events, instantly knew and hoped for a reward for following the pokemon lore and starting off with a Pikachu. Otherwise, there would be no merits in chosing it, unless you're a super hardcore fan and have to follow the lore till the bitter end without expecting any rewards whatsoever. Now, let us take a step back and summarize how many times this has been suggested in the past. https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/25385-suggestion-about-ash-hat-obtainable-without-starter-pikachu/ (Oldest suggestion about this - 2016) https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/162544-indigo-exclusive-cap-ash-hat-tradable/ (This is your first suggestion about this - 2020) https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/168893-ash-hat/ (Posted in January 2021) https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/179125-ash-hat-tradeable-item/ (This is your newest suggestion about this - 2021) As @Thor stated back in 2016 on this locked suggestion post, you can see the direct post ref here. Its clearly that they only added it to be an exclusive item for chosing Pikachu as a starter. However, I cannot deny that this may have changed with the time and that the current Staff team wouldn't reconsider making it available to everyone. But at the end of the day, as I answered on this suggestion post from 2021, I am still against it. Which is why I'm giving this a -1 as well. I would dwell deeper into this, but I see no merits in pointing out any faults when it has already been done in prior suggestions over the years about this specific topic.

A system to discourage fake buyers and bad sellers
Desumi replied to Freddyftw's topic in Suggestions
-1 While it might seem like a good idea and there are some merits to this kind of system, it still wouldn't discourage players from scamming at the end of the day. The only way to really get rid of them is through scaring them with mute/bans to really put them out of play for a short period. Also, paying a fee to the system isn't gonna do much for the scammer, especially when you can own up to 4 different accounts and can easily grind money that you can transfer to your main in less then 5 minutes. -
+1 While it might be too late this year, it is certainly something PRO should consider going forward with.

Always sad to see someone quit, but best of luck with your future endeavours!

I'll update Generation 5 tomorrow once I get some sleep. And if I'm still alive, I'll even try to do Generation 6 - which is the last Generation that needs a complete rework due to the new forum formatting causing issues with the previous forum supported formatting codes.

denied weekly random untradable shiny pvp mons on sale
Desumi replied to Rhev's topic in Suggestions
-1 I see no merits in implemeting something like this. Maybe add weekly Pokemon like the PvE coin store have, which includes meta pokes with a desired 100% sync chance. (Not really a good counter suggestion, but it won't disrupt the economy that much, unlike the OC suggestion) But apart from that, the whole point of PRO at this point is to either get lucky and get a very good PvP Pokemon to use yourself or sell it to others. Making something like this suggestion would only disrupt the economy on PRO and most likely will weaken the current value for a high-end PvP Pokemon and or any high-end Pokemon for that matter. -
Hmm... Time differences feature aside, why even switch up anything? To be honest I believe that by doing this it would essentially create a population gap between the two servers, where as one server will become much more populated and also create a "You should play on A because it has so much better content than B server" scenarios or vise-versa. Even if you did tweak the spawns, which I see no merits in btw, it would still populate one server more than the other just for "better" spawns alone. Where as now it is pretty much well balanced and people just tend to switch server for essentially things like i.e trades or guilds. I'm not against the idea, but its either go big or leave it as is. Doing it half-baked would only yield unintended issues between the two servers, which in term could split PRO's community in two and create rifts between the two servers.

Happens to a majority of players, myself included. Well, perfect timing anyways, need some early sleep for once.

Welcome to PRO @Matan291 PRO can be a bit hard to come by, especially with all the currently available Pokemon MMOs out there, but glad to see you've finally come across PRO. For guides and all that lovely content, you can always check out the Game Guides section. I personally recommend checking out the Complete Kanto Walkthrough! thread for the best tips for completing Kanto as a complete newbie. As you'll traverse each region seperately, there also exists Walkthroughs for those regions as well (Johto, Hoenn and Sinnoh). Also, the way PRO story works is that you'll start in Kanto, then progress to Johto, then Hoenn and then finally Sinnoh. But a new custom staff-made region called "Astrella" is on the horizon to be released, hencefourth why a big portion of the map still isn't updated with any route/city names for the south islands, but no ETA has been set yet by the staff team. Should you ever wonder which Legendaries/Mythical Pokemon that are currently catchable, check out the Legendary Megathread - Complete Quests and Seen Data thread. I also would recommend using the Complete PRO Pokedex - All information you need about a Pokemon on PRO (#SelfPlug teehee~) megathread for information relating to a specific Pokemon. Should you need information about anything more specific (bosses, routes, spawns, moves etc) then check out PRO's own Wiki for such. PRO also have an active Discord server that I would advice you to join. PRO also have their own Discord bot called "Reborn" which are great for stuff like up-to-date Spawn locations. Furthermore they will post important announcements as well as notify the community once a Outbreak is ongoing or if a World Quest has started. Hope you'll have a blast with this game! Feel free to start a PM me if you got any questions you need answered.
