I have a question regarding the ability 'dry skin'. Is a pokemon with dry skin (for example Toxicroak) supposed to get burned when getting 'hit' by Scald? It kinda makes that ability useless on Toxicroak (as an offensive attacker) because scald is beeing used allot in PRO.

 

I would love to know if it's coded that way or not :)

You can take Flinch from Waterfall with Dry Skin too, Dry Skin absorb the damages but you takes secondary effect :)
