Good evening, I would like to share a simple guide for EV and exp grinding spots in Kanto. EV Spots HP Viridian Forest - Caterpies grant +1 HP EV point per battle, one of the easiest spots to locate and caterpies are very common in the viridian forest. Route 6 - There's a lake in route 6 (north of Vermillion City) full of Slowpokes. Slowpokes grant +1 HP EV per battle, this spots is a nice place because there's a poke center nearby, so if your pokemon faints, you can immediately go to the poke center and heal your pokemon. Cinnabar Mansion - This place is crawling with Grimers (+1) and Muks (+2). You can EV grind on the 3rd floor, there's a possiblity that you encounter a Charmander or a Magmar which are both rare pokemon. Two birds in one stone =)) Attack Route 12 - Route 12 has always been my favorite grinding spot. This place is full of Bellsprouts (+1) and Weepinbells (+2), they appear 24/7 so you will never run out of Attack EVs. This place is also a good grinding spot for Exp because of the high Exp you can get from the Weepinbells and Pidgeottos. Snorlax (rare) also spawns here. Cinnabar Island - An easier Attack grinding spot. This place is great for low leveled pokemon to grind attack EVs because the Goldeens and Krabbys that spawn here are low leveled (below 20) and there's a poke center really close. Defense Rock Tunnel - Geodudes (+1) and Gravelers (+2) are very common here. There's also a Nurse Joy at the end of Rock Tunnel which makes this place perfect for grinding Defense EVs. Onix (+1) can also be found here, but he's more uncommon compared to the Geodudes and Gravelers. Victory Road - An advanced version of Rock Tunnel. This is literally a higher leveled version of the Rock Tunnel, they spawn the same pokemon for Defense but stronger, also a good place for lvling your pokemon up. Special Attack Route 5 - At night, this place is full of Oddishes (+1) and Glooms (+1). This place is a not so good spot but still usable because it only spawns the Oddish at night, so you can't use this spot during morning and day. Route 6 - You can find a lot of Psyducks (+1) in the lake. There's a nearby poke center in Vermillion City so this one is good for grinding Special Attack EVs. Seafoam b4f - Advanced version of the lake in route 6, full of Psyducks (+1) and Golducks (+2). There's a Nurse Joy nearby, which is nice. This place is also good for Exp grinding. Special Defense Surf - Tentacools are VERY COMMON, almost everywhere you surf, there's a Tentacool (+1) so just use Surf and you'll be fine with the Special Def EVs. Seafoam Islands - Seels (+1) and Dewgongs (+2) are common here. Again, a good place for lvling up. Speed Everywhere - Pidgeys (+1) and Rattatas (+1) are way to abundant in kanto. Diglett Cave - Digletts (+1) and Dugtrios (+2) are VERY COMMON here (duh), Zubats (+1) also spawn here which makes the Speed EV grinding easy. Route 12 - A good place to combine Attack and Speed EV grinding because aside from the Bellsprouts for Attack, Pidgeys and Pidgeottos spawn here quite often. Experience grinding tips I'll keep this short. lvl 20 - 30 - Diglett Cave lvl 31 - 50 - Route 12 lvl 51 - 85 - Seafoam b4f lvl 86 - 100 Victory Road Thanks for reading this guide. Cheers!

1. How are council members picked? How long can they stay on the council? As much as they want to, so as long as no toxic behaviour or signs of procrastination are shown from these people, if someone wants to give up their position as a council member they should have every right to, as well as making an annoucement on the forums/discord etc. and wait out until the end of the season to give up his place for someone else, who should replace its spot, i believe a voting should also determine the new replacement. What are the requirements? Obviously owning a lot of knowledge regarding anything pvp is a must, so if they consistently put out good results, that's a great start, however i dont believe rating scores should be the only measure to judge someone worthy of this position. If a player who has consistently put out amazing results but hasnt kept in touch with the community, isnt very active and never participated in discussions regarding pvp, in my eyes, is not a good option for the council, i would rather have someone who isnt as good as the example mentioned above but has a presence within the community and has participated and if possible influenced the meta in the past, this shows that they do have knowledge about the game even if they arent the best in at it and always achieve number 1 on the ladder, they should be more comfortable and equipped in discussing a competitive meta than people who just play on the ladder, this isnt to say that any mediocre player who just happened to talk a lot in previous discussion should have a right to become a member of course, only those who actually have shown results in the past or currently and bring good and articulated arguments to any discussion, in general i dont advocate anything along the lines of "top 10 or 25 form each server should candidate for the council" as it doesnt truly portray the person's skill and knowledge of the game, especially when you have some people making in with really bad win% (no offense). Should they be able to participate in ranked PvP while being on the council? Absolutely, this will make them more informed and qualified to discuss a meta, makes no sense if they are getting their information from other peoples prespectives and not theirs, there wouldnt really be a point in making a council if they are being absent on something they should be supervising. How would the split between Silver and Gold members look like? There shouldnt be a split at all, the resources in silver and gold are the same, the only diference is the amount of players, the meta should be the same for both servers, if something is broken in one server, its the same for the other, same thing goes for something not being broken. If a council has 5 members and they are all from silver or gold so be it, if they are more qualified for the place than the other server i dont see why they arent more deserving of getting that spot. 2. How are suspect tests decided? How does the council decide what Pokemon to sent into a suspect testing phase? The council should have a discussion regarding whatever they think is suspect test worthy or has been brought to their attention from their community (an actual legit argument, not someone crying because they cant beat stall of course). In that discussion, if the members of the council reach a conclusion and put out their opinions, there should be a supermajority that agrees something should be suspect tested for it to go through, exact percentage would probably differ depending on the amount of members there are in the council. How would a suspect test look like (a special suspect ladder is out of question)? I believe a regular season is pretty good to take place for the suspect, this meaning that a suspect should only happen in the beginning of each season or maybe delay the season if it seems more convenient for players. Who gets to vote after the suspect test is over? Those who achieve the reqs i guess, im not sure what being asked here, seems like a pretty obvious answer. What are the requirements to vote? Something like achieving between 75 or 80 win% with a game range of 40 to 60 or 80 games sounds good to me, its a bit arbitrary on judgding what reqs should someone have to vote on a suspect but i think the reqs ive mentioned should cover mostly people with enough qualification to know what they are doing, and if possible maybe have the possibility of resetting your rating and record, to give a better chance for anyone who might've not been able to do it in their first "run", tho thats a bit hopefull of me. What would council members need from staff in particular to make it successful? How much influence does staff have over the council? I believe staff should report anything the council may not know that could be of use, community's opinion on the competitive environment, usage stats (if possible) all that sort of stuff, not sure how much info staff has on pvp so this might be a dumb answer. When can staffs interfere in the decision making process? Only when the members seem dubious or corrupt, which lets hope this will never happen, in case that is a thing, the staff should have the right to report the incident and ban the player or players responsible for this.

Hey there everyone, the recent announcement was made by our GM Team, a team that functions as higher moderation who more often than not handle very severe infractions. The announcement had nothing to do with the ways they operate or anything, just simply with how they are enforcing the Punishment Policy. As Letrix wrote in his post ever since GMs and Devs cracked down on bots lesser cheat offenses became a rising problem. Our old Punishment Policy didn't reflect appropriate punishments for those offenses anymore therefore the change. If any of your guild members were banned by a GM you can be very certain they did something otherwise they wouldn't be banned. I said that in another of these suggestions posts about how we operate, simply we can not give away evidence as it would show how we operate (in GM cases at least), in other cases we can not give the evidence to protect the reporters. We will never involve the community in any of the appeal processes nor would we ever give evidence out publicly. Even within the staff team we don't have access to everything, Content Staff have no access to moderation whatsoever, CCs/Mods/Tmods have the same clearance while GMs ways of operation and evidence keeping is hidden from everyone else except Admins and Devs & then of course the highest level in the staff structure Admins/Devs. We simply will not make anything public or involve people who don't have to be informed of anything. From a personal experience as player and as staff, a lot of people just straight up lie to cover themselves. As sad as this sounds a lot of players lie in their appeals and to their guilds etc. If you want to be a good guild leader, lead them to being honest with themselves and being honest in their appeals. That's all we care about really, honesty. If you are banned then in most cases you did something wrong (investigations bans do happen from time to time). Kind regards, Q8

In light of a recent crack down on PRO rule-breakers, there has been a lot of confusion in at least a few guilds that I know of. Having 3 banned players within the past 2 weeks, two of which were back-to-back days, it makes me question the validity of the investigations that staff conduct and the evidence they receive (the evidence received was addressed in a discord announcement, but what does this say about bans prior to this? Will they get a second chance?). It doesn't help that in appeals, users receive a reply along the lines of "I/We have proof of [infraction]," and seemingly no real follow up. However, I cannot see every ban appeal, every piece of evidence acquired, whether through submission or investigation. When guildies, who are 9/10 going to tell their guild they are innocent, try to appeal, read the response, and go to the guild for help, if a guild leader doesn't try what they can to help in their power, I wouldn't know what to say. I want to suggest something that I believe will connect the staff and community a little more. I suggest that, as a part of the appeal process, when a member from a guild is banned, at the very least, a staff member should notify said guild's leader about not only the ban, but provide evidence that does not put personal information at risk, i.e. IP Addresses, Names and Addresses, Account Information(Not just PRO or PRO Forum), and the like. I do not intend for this to be an attack on PRO staff, as I cannot imagine the difficulty of trying to run a game like this, but I believe there is some unnecessary tension between the community and the staff on a topic like this.

Hello trainers! There are several major projects for content in doing that I feel you should know about. I will note some of them down before someone leaks it the wrong way. - New Region New region is a custom approach. We call it a mini-region. But it's actually very huge. It is called Astrella, and it's done mapping wise. Region will feature a variety of spawns (gen 7 area), new content, quests, events, trade city and much more. It will be ready once script-work is done for it and once gen 7+ is fully operational, will not release it before that. Reason for a custom area is a simple one. We are unable to map anything past Unova graphic wise without having it improvised 99% and waste much time into art. The MMO setting commands a new region, so it's being delivered. With it, we will have whole game spawned with old and new Pokemon, closer to being complete. The region is currently in hands of scripters. Once they are done, I will spawn it, so you can catch some of the new Pokemon when we receive a full gen 7 update. - Unova Unova is planned and is slowly being mapped. Once it is done and ready, the whole game will be respawned from scratch due to distribution of the Pokemon around PRO world. We are also looking for mapping manpower to complete the task so that mapping side is done and ready for people to script on. - Orange Islands The Orange Islands are also being mapped and planned. Not much to say about this one. ** Note that plans may change any time. But what I said above is a current plan and it's being worked on. I want to have all mapping done before the schedule so that people can start working on the maps script wise etc. Thank you
