So, I wanted to make this post since a year ago - shortly after I left Staff - but never found the time to do it. Since we are humans we are not impeccable or flawless, I might have been rude to some of you in topics related to the stuff I mentioned in the disclaimer above, I might have banned people unjustly, or I might have backbited you, or mistreated you in any way. That's already on my to-do list for a while. I thought about a slider where you can select how many players are displayed around you. This is mainly to unburden users with old hardware. No ETA or guarantee on that.

I think what would make the most sense is to use the initiate role as a way of determining whether it applies to the guilds rating. Initiates should not be able to have their rating apply to the guilds rating and you shouldn't be able to promote someone from initiate to member until 5-10 days. That seems like the easiest way of implementing it into the guild system. It doesn't make sense that a guild with 0 rating can instantly shoot all the way to number 1 in a single day if enough people with high rating flee to that guild. It leads to an anti competitive environment that it makes trying to get #1 guild pointless when you know any guild can just jump thousands in rating right before the season ends.

Hello staff! I think is about time to implement smth new about the guild system. I wanted to talk with you about few ideas I have collected. Lately the guilds have lost their values and excitement. Not enough prices and activies to keep people together or make them work together. I have few ideas that I want to share that may improve the game. First of all a guild robe... Maybe a robe that would show the icon of every guild and make people feel like they belong to smth. Second a guild vault, where people can deposite money, pokemons, items... Accessed by leaders and officers. Third prices for top guilds, different prices for top 3 guilds, this would make people appriciate more guilds. I have to think about what type of prices that can be beneficial to all members. Fourth or lastly the guild Island system that walross said which can be customisable with different spawns and look... Maybe just a guild house/base... Customisable.... Please consider this because I reallly think it can make a very huge excellent impact in PRO.

Their should be a time limit that you must be in a guild for a certain amount of time for your rating to be put into the total guild rating.(like 5-10 days) Alot if guilds at the end of the season try to buy players and get other guilds to join them to get to top. It should only count the true members that actually stay in the guild for some time which will make it more fair in my opinion.

Hello trainers. Tranquility Guild , for a limited time and for only 5 recruits, will be having a recruitment post for people interested in joining. A quick introduction of Tranquility: Tranquility is one of the oldest and most successful guilds in the game, being more than a few times 1st in guild ladder and having a record of 8 consecutive wins. However, due to certain reasons Tranquility the past year wasnt the beast that it used to be. After hard work from officers and members we managed to be able to fight for the 1st place again and to reclaim it on August season. Too many great players were a part of our family. Now we are looking for the next potentially great players. Our goal as a guild is to be able to keep fighting for the first place and ideally being able to win. Our goal as a family is to build a healthy community and a place for our members to call home. In Tranquility we all look out for each other. To help members with PvP we not only offer advice and ideas, but we have a pokebank too, for members to be able to lend pokes (free of charge) to try in PvP. The pokebank is a new addition to the guild and isnt really what i would call extravagant,but it is steadily growing. Requirements to join: 1.Being able to follow rules and respect not only guildmates, but fellow PRO players to. 2.Ability to communicate without difficulty in english. 3.Having discord and being active and friendly. 4. 700+ hours and all badges obtained. 5.An interest in PvP and a will to improve. If you dont fulfill the 4th requirement but still wish to join, dont hesitate to contact usas there may be a chance that you are accepted. The rest of the requirements are a must. The problem is buying raiting, you dont solve that by making them stay 5-10 days in the guild to count their raiting, if they wanna sell their raiting they will just come 10 days earlier, it may make selling raiting harder, but it will still be a thing, with the guild history log that qeight said that staff will have in the future, they will be able to investigate possible boosting. Last day recruiting may most of the times be friends or payed ppl but often they are real recruits, ppl that will stay in the guild. If you take that from the game, that what i think will make the guild ladder less competitive. In regular ladder, you can pvp last day and climp your way up, not necessarily to the top, thats what last day rcruits offer to the guild ladder. Dont forget that that will not affect only the first guilds but those who are trying to get in top 10. But i aggree that this type of boosting is unhealthy for the game, i just dont want a fix that will just replace it with another problem. (Sorry for replaying with my alt, didnt notice the first time that i was logged on with this acc and now there is not a point of changing xD )

Additionally, along with what @Bhimoso said, the only Alolan-forms available all the time are Alolan Vulpix and Grimer available from Boss Medusa and Eldir, also Grimer from boss Terminator.

There are outbreaks that sometimes spawn alolan pokemons all over the world. You can check where they spawn in the official discord in the outbreaks channel, as alolan forms don't have a fixed spawn right now.
