Hey, I have some suggestions regarding the current PC-System. I am aware that this is low priority, but I am pretty sure that it is a really good and wanted QoL change. I saw similar posts, but those did not match entirely with the thoughts I had about the PC. If you like or dislike any of them, please leave a reply in this topic. 1. Naming Boxes. PvP-Box, PvE-Box, Shiny Box etc. I know it is possible to sort it like that with a bit of effort but the naming would make the whole sorting way more pleasant. 2. Adding and naming Categories One Box consists of 5 Rows which contain 3 Pokémon each. Adding a [-] Split function to split the Box in two Categories (which both can be named) containing 6 Pokémon each for a full team (12 per splitted box) would be great. This would be especially useful for entire PvP teams, but can be used to sort a lot of different things aswell. 3. Free movement in the box. Each Slot in every box should be usable for any Pokémon no matter how much we caught or if those are filled with Pokémon. This would allow us to use the last boxes for PvP-Teams (using the Split function), Shinys, Boss-Pokémon etc. whilst the boxes in the front will not be messed up by (or simply used for) catching new wild Pokémon. 4. Checking and mass-deleting Pokémon. Adding a simple checkbox to every Pokémon and being able to click a trashcan to release all of them together. This will prevent the time consuming and annoying process of releasing every single Pokémon slowly, especially after catching hundreds. 5. Mark favorites. Small, not needed change I thought about. Marking Pokémon with a little star and being able to only show those. This is for example useful to mark epic or just really good Pokémon when you caught hundreds of the same kind to differentiate those from the bad (and hopefully mass-delete the rest). Thanks to @SchattenDialga for the visualization. Make sure to check out his shop here: https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/103263-url3 points

Hi all! In this guide we're catching the legendary Force Of Nature trio of the Unova Region! With that out of the way, let's begin! - Sinnoh Champion - 1 OT Pokemon with Storm Drain ability and 100+ in IV's. - 1 OT Pokemon with Levitate ability and 100+ in IV's. - 1 OT Pokemon with Lightning Rod ability and 100+ in IV's. - It is recommended to have a full team of Lv100's as you will face some challenging foes. To begin the quest speak with the Jirachi in the Mauville City House 1 (Just left of the pokemart) and accept the quest. After speaking to Jirachi head North to route 111, and you will notice it looks a bit different. Work your way through the Magma grunts and their Lv80 Pokemon until you come across a portal. Enter the portal and continue through the cave until you come across the Magma Grunt in front of Landorus. This magma grunt is far more difficult than the previous ones faced thus far. Their team has the following pokemon: - Lv100 Claydol - Lv100 Flygon - Lv100 Crowbat - Lv100 Glaceon - Lv100 Froslass - Lv100 Weavile After defeating this Magma Grunt heal your team and interact with Landorus to commence a battle. After defeating Landorus Jirachi will return you to Mauville. After completing Route 111 speak to Jirachi in the Mauville City House 1 and select "Yes, Please!" when asked if you need more time. After this interaction is done you can head East onto Route 118 to begin the Tornadus segment. Route 118 is similar to Route 111 where you have to work your way through magma grunts until you come across a similar looking portal. After entering the portal continue fighting through the magma grunts until you come across the final grunt located in front of Tornadus. Once again this grunt is far more difficult than the ones you fought on the way here so make sure you're fully healed. Their team has the following pokemon: - Lv100 Gastrodon - Lv100 Rhyperior - Lv100 Zebstrika - Lv100 Aggron - Lv100 Manectric - Lv100 Weavile After defeating this Magma Grunt heal your team and interact with Tornadus to commence a battle. After defeating Tornadus Jirachi will return you to Mauville. After completing Route 118 speak to Jirachi in Mauville City House 1 and once again select "Yes, Please!" when asked if you need more time. Once you've done this and healed up you can head South to Route 110 to begin the Thundurus segment. Once again Route 110 is similar to the last 2 routes you have done in which you must walk through fighting the easy Magma Grunts before entering a portal. Once you have arrived at the Magma Grunt in front of Thundurus make sure you team is healed as he also has a full team of Lv100 Pokemon. His team contains the following Pokemon: - Lv100 Manectric - Lv100 Rhyperior - Lv100 Zebstrika - Lv100 Flygon - Lv100 Altaria - Lv100 Weavile After defeating this Magma Grunt heal your team and interact with Thundurus to commence a battle. After defeating Thundurus Jirachi will return you to Mauville. After defeating the 3rd and final Unova weather legendary, you can heal up at Mauville and return to Mauville City House 1 where you will see a couple of Magma Grunts and Magma Admin Courtney blocking the way to Jirachi. You must defeat the Magma Admin in order to progress. Proceed with caution as her team is quite strong. Her team contains the following Pokemon: - Lv100 Houndoom - Lv100 Camerupt - Lv100 Crobat - Lv100 Scrafty - Lv100 Darmanitan - Lv100 Blaziken Once you've defeated Magma Admin Courtney Jirachi will express it's gratitude for saving it and will allow you to then capture all 3 of the Unova Force Of Nature legendaries. In order to then capture the Force Of Nature trio, you must bring a pokemon in order to traverse the lands they inhabit. - To catch Landorus you must bring an OT Pokemon with Levitate for it's ability and it must have an IV total of 100+ - To catch Thundurus you must bring an OT Pokemon with Lightning Rod for it's ability and it must have an IV total of 100+ - To catch Tornadus you must bring an OT Pokemon with Storm Drain for it's ability and must have an IV total of 100+ Once you have these 3 required pokemon, speak to Jirachi and select which legendary you would like to catch. Be sure to bring your sync pokemon and Masterball if you want an easier catch! This process can be repeated with the other 2 legendaries after you capture the first one so there is no need to worry over which one you want. That ends this quest guide, hope it's helped you! Happy Hunting!2 points

Hi guys, this is a post to start a discussion and it is not to have any sort of controversy. I only write to see your opinion in relation to the current situation of this game, that I think is the best online Pokemon MMO. I started playing in 2015 and I have to say that at the beginning the insertion of new content took place in an incredible way. In the summer of 2017 we already had 4 regions (Kanto, Johto, Hoenn and Sinnoh), surpassing any other fanmade Pokemon game online. From that moment, two years of silence. Since 2017, there has been no big PvE content update and this is the reason that led me gradually to leave the game (lots of players are not interested in competitive fights and enjoy only PvE, as I personally do). But this game is like a magnet for me, and therefore I get back from time to time because I really love it. The latest update we had on this forum was the "New Region and beyond" thread, dating back to over a year ago, in which some future concepts had been presented. Then silence, again. During the last years, the updates have mainly focused on purely technical aspects, which are absolutely important, but in the meantime I feel the game has completely lost its momentum. And, judging from the forum, this translated into a reduction in the playerbase. If you want to keep interest in a game high, you should try to create hype about new gameplay content that is being developed. And I'm really sad to see that for years this has not happened with PRO (world quests and temporary events, in my opinion, are not to be considered as great gameplay additions that create hype among the players and that bring back the inactive ones to play). So, this thread is only here to create a polite discussion, without controversy, about what we can expect in relation to the future of the game. Game to which I have devoted a lot of time and which I sincerely love, but which in recent years has given me the idea of constantly losing its momentum. What is your opinion? Greetings and thanks again to the developers for the fantastic game they have given us over the years. Riccatt.1 point

Hello @Norex I'm sorry for the caused inconvenience as well as the delay. First, i'd like to thank you for reporting this bug. Unfortunately this is a known bug with the Therian forms. Currently, the only way to avoid this problem is to, as you said, convert them back to their Incarnate forms (The form you first encountered them as) teaching any necessary moves you want them to have, and use the Reveal Glass on them again. I hope this solves the issue. If you have any further questions, feel free to reply in this thread. Have a lovely day!1 point

We need more space too, especially once we get more Gen 7 Pokemon. Remember that it's not uncommon for people to have multiples of the same Pokemon for various reason, like having many good ones and unable to determine which one to sell/trash, or because they are syncs of various natures. And when farming, people can catch like, 50-150 of the same Pokemon, so there needs to be enough space for that. And then there are people who own a living dex because they offer dex service. And that's just the normal Pokemon. We also have shinies and various event forms. Really, once we get Astrella and a lot more Gen 7 Pokemon, we ideally should get at least 20 more pages (20 pages x 15 slots per page = 300 additional slots) added to the current 60 pages PC box. Even better if it's 40 more pages to make it exactly 100 pages. Even now, we already have people who ran out of PC box space. Clearing it is not as easy as you think, especially without the ability to properly sort the PC box's content. So we at least need a sorting system that affects the whole PC box, not just the current page.1 point

Once agin, r110 is cleared, I have killed thundurus lvl 100 2nd time. There was no NPC to kill anymore. East and North ruoutes are in Destroyed mode, caves are empty, there is no legendary pokemon or magma NPC. I need either to wait ~10 min in the cave or use escape rope to exit it. Jirachi still askes me if I need more time. PC healing doesn't reset anything. I haven't shown strong enough lighting rod pokemon to Jirachi yet.1 point

It's should be fixed now with our last Client update. Thanks for your report. WhiteBaron1 point

Thanks for releasing new mons last time. Would be so cool if Ribombee's main ability Shield Dust could be coded soon. I'm quite disappointed it wasn't done yet, since Kommo's uniqe move were coded. It should prevent any 2nd effect of moves=no flinches, no status change from attacking moves, just main dmg from magma storm, no stat drops after moves like psychic or energy ball. I guess that's most important to make it OK. Please take a look at it! Or at least let it work as Inner Focus now (which is most important part of Shield Dust), that won't take a lot of time to implement im sure.1 point

Shield dust works correctly now in PRO, since the latest maintenance. With that said I will lock the thread. Kind regards, Contrary1 point

This is a well-written post, and certainly the most eloquent argument in favor of a ban on Baton Pass yet - that it will become a problem in the future, and thus, we should act preemptively to deal with it before it becomes an issue. However, I disagree on a fundamental level about the properties of uncompetitive strategies and at what point they should be deemed banworthy. We discussed this on Discord yesterday, but I feel the conversation is worth carrying on here. I posited that the current metagame, despite all the complaints, is in fact healthy because a large variety of playstyles are viable. You responded that balance is weak, which is true, and a polarized metagame with a lot of hyper offense and stall is not healthy. I then argued that the weakness of balance had little to do with its ability to win any given match, but rather that it was much more likely to lose to a weaker opponent, as the playstyle is less forcing than offense, which can dictate momentum in the hands of a skilled player, and stall, which can outlast nearly anything with perfect play. This combined with PRO heavily punishing losses to weak players, I argued, is the reason for the poor state of classic balance on ladder. I have a unique and biased perspective on Baton Pass. After all, I built the infamous team that got us here in the first place: https://pokepast.es/6563a3fc106521a2 . Everything that follows is about that team specifically and some quirks that may or may not have been covered by others in this thread already. Firstly, this team was built to be uncompetitive. All of my teams are. Not attempting to limit counterplay is, simply put, a teambuilding mistake. The more chances you give your opponent to play the game, the more chances your opponent has to win. With this in mind, it easily capitalizes on small mistakes from offensive teams, and will never lose to a team that does not have answers nor offensive pressure in competent hands. The most important turn for Baton Pass is Team Preview - against offense, lines ten turns deep can easily be precisely calculated, and forced wins against poorly-constructed teams can be evident from turn 0 and carried out. This certainly sounds broken and banworthy, doesn't it? However, the very predictability which allows a Baton Pass player to take over and annihilate weaker players without concern also makes the team subpar against good players. A good opponent can easily identify the Baton Pass player's win condition on the other side of the board and utterly deny it with minimal preparation - for example, keeping Clefable at above 90% HP so that Manaphy can never get through, barring an errant Ice Beam freeze or critical hit. Ultimately, Baton Pass is another style of Hyper Offense - one that trades off power against other offensive teams for a slightly better balance matchup and dominance against the unprepared. Secondly, the team struggles against some very common threats. Clefable, obviously, can shut down the team's 'uncompetitive' gameplan on its own, forcing it to play like conventional offense until it is eliminated or sufficiently weakened. Ferrothorn can only be handled by Lucario or Flamethrower Togekiss, and Lucario can be worn down very easily, especially if it is played with Garchomp as a partner. The team plays no hazard control, so Stealth Rock makes its life much more difficult. It struggles, as previously mentioned, against offensive teams in general, as it is difficult to dictate your gameplan against a faster team. Contrary to popular belief, however, Rain is a favorable matchup for Baton Pass - Kingdra can be traded off with Garchomp's Sash and generally cannot come in on any attacks, making it easier for a skilled Baton Pass player to set up checkmate than a comparable Rain player. The team has no switch-in to the common Gengar, and must attempt to sweep first if confronted by it. With perfect play, Baton Pass simply does not beat common builds of Stall, such as this frankly less competitive team: https://pokepast.es/bce1e153e8df21b4 (indeed, this team was built after two frustrating games against Gengar on Baton Pass), as it can never get through a healthy Clefable without extreme luck. Thirdly, Baton Pass is not easy to play. It requires accurate calculation from Team Preview and, at the very least, a fundamental understanding of how the team works. Failure to identify your win condition in Team Preview is tantamount to losing. For example, leading Scolipede is almost always a mistake - if you do not win on the spot, you've given over two turns to your opponent while making no threats (Protect and Baton Pass), which your opponent can use more effectively - for example, by setting Stealth Rock and dealing significant damage to the Baton Pass recipient. Baton Pass's broken mechanics turn some otherwise forced wins into 50/50s. My own winrate the first season I played this team was quite abysmal, and I would expect similar for most others. Lastly, it must be considered how far we are willing to go to defend a qualitative standard of 'competitiveness'. Anything involving luck is, by definition, uncompetitive - cheapening the value of prediction. OHKO moves are banned for that reason, but what about Focus Blast? Serene Grace? King's Rock? Air Slash? Hydro Pump? I've even lost to a Shadow Ball SpD drop in the past, should that be banned? If beating unprepared teams consistently is an issue, we must take a serious look at stall, which is capable of posting 90%+ winrates in the right hands, simply because there is nothing to be done unless the stall player makes a mistake or the opponent is explicitly prepared. I, personally, do not think the state of stall is an issue - in the same vein, I do not think Baton Pass beating unprepared players is an issue. Neither Baton Pass nor stall has forced an archetype out of the metagame - instead, both have demanded minor adjustments to contest them, which is in no way unhealthy. Now, will Baton Pass be unhealthy in the future? Almost certainly, yes. Substitute, Magearna, Necrozma, and Z-Crystals, and a working Baton Pass will remove the necessity of carefully removing counters and weakening checks, and at that point, something will have to go. However, banning it now would be tantamount to banning Salamence because of Salamencite, or Mew because of Mewnium Z. This is the wrong time and place for a Baton Pass ban, and there are far more powerful threats to address if there is truly a desire to shatter a healthy metagame using executive action because it is boring. There are still so many facets of this metagame that are insufficiently explored...1 point

Just posting to say that I 100% agree with BurntToACrisp. David - LC Virtuoso is the most time-consuming boss to battle because people who did it had to re-farm a boss team, thus investing money and, more importantly, time. And it is completely 100% useless. I mean, why would I battle 6 (!) times a boss that is so far away, grind a team of 6 pokémon making sure they don't reach lvl 26 just to get a stupid syncable t8 mon that i can find anywhere else ? I also felt betrayed when I saw he didn't give an easter mon. That just doesn't make any sense, and I don't think it was written anywhere that this kid had become so useless, so basically we had a much worse version than last year (because of the stupid cooldowns), and most importantly it was a gigantic waste of time. I probably invested 100k pokédollars and maybe 6 hours in total just to SEE A STUPID MUNCHLAX THAT I WOULD BE ABLE TO FIND LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. What. The. F. At least make it CLEAR for EVERYONE that David is a WASTE OF TIME. Top 1 anime betrayal.1 point

I'm inclined to agree that if there's one knock on staff it's the minimal communication to the player base. We're told about this gigantic pvp update a lifetime ago and since then not one peep about it. The players will understand if they told us even something as vague as "sorry guys we've run into unexpected problems" or "we've had to delay development" rather than feeling like they've been ghosted. Since I can not bring myself to critique without offering a possible solution I would reccomend creating a "player relations/communications" position and employing a volunteer or two. Zero expense and tremendous benefit which the player base I'm sure would greatly appreciate.1 point

First I'd like to say that overall I think that the Easter event for 2020 was actually really fun and well done, besides the period of time where the server was crashing for a bit. If you could improve one facet of the event, what would it be? David LC boss rework, and rework of some Easter sprites, most desirably Larvesta and Volcarona. What was your favorite part of the event? Catching Shaymin and Easter forms of Pokemon. What was your least favorite part of the event? The David LC Virtuoso boss rework from last year. What can we do to make the event better for next year? Rework the David LC Virtuoso Boss again or revert it, the cool down of 3 days makes it to where you can really only activate hard-mode once an event, and not to mention the fact that unless you want to wait in the LC cup area between resets you have to re-catch your team every time you want to challenge him adding a 1-2 hour grind at least on top of the 3 day wait for cool down every time you want to face him. I could definitely overlook all of these time consuming things if the reward matched the prize. The significant change from last year is very frustrating, receiving a sync able Easter Togepi would have matched how much work you have to put in just to get it, although i do understand the change economy wise, but this years reward did not match the time commitment. I'm not sure what the chance on Easter Pokemon is for beating him 3 times in a row on hard mode, but I would much rather have grinded for an Easter Pokemon for the period of time, which was 3 days between each win or loss and however long it took me to catch the team I wanted again, that it took me to get that chance, considering I didn't even get an Easter variant. I think its more fair that if there is only a chance for Easter Pokemon, then that chance is shown and it also could be sync able, I would understand if it was guaranteed Easter if you had to choose between sync able or not, but without the guaranteed chance or a significantly more rare Pokemon being offered, I think the David LC boss was the most time consuming and wasteful I have ever done on PRO. Hoping next year is changed or I plan on acting like that part of the event doesn't exist. Were any parts of the event (or the whole thing) so terrible that we should delete them and forget they were ever added? If the David LC is not reworked in a more fair way in concerns with the time commitment, then please just remove him. Also please if a rework of this magnitude is done please allude to it when the next Easter event happens, I would not have been this frustrated or felt this cheated if it was announced that their was this much change. At the end of the day not my game, but just my suggestions from a player that really enjoys this game.1 point

So, there is no hope to make the money and time I've invested for Ribombee well spent? Why did you even release such mon with no intention to fully code it in the nearest future? It's Caterpie's main ability too, that shows how far the game progress is. Simple example to show how its important. 1. sash ribombee Vs scarf toge: a) 40% to set up sticky web or QD istead of 100%; b) 40% to avoid flinch x 80% to stun spore = 32% instead of 80% you should have. 2. sash ribombee vs heatran a) bulky timid 252 SpA Ribombee Hidden Power Ground vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Heatran: 204-240 (52.8 - 62.1%) -- 98.4% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery b) calm 252 SpA Ribombee Hidden Power Ground vs. 252 HP / 176+ SpD Heatran: 156-188 (40.4 - 48.7%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery Meaning, if the magma storm 2nd dmg or lava plum burn won't break the sash, fast heatran dies in almost every scenario. Thanks for understanding how important this ability is. Thought releasing this mon may a little fix conk-scarf toge meta, but seems it's not.1 point

Hello @sehuno, I forwarded your request to the content team and they will add a baton pass tutor for Shedinja. Stay patient in the meanwhile please. I will write you back here once it's added or you can keep an eye on PRO discords announcement channel, it will most likely be announced there. Hope this informed you enough, if not feel free to ask. Kind regards, Contrary1 point

the title mentioned everything I wanted to ask for. I remember PRO talked about a pvp update 2 years ago and it still hasn't arrived. My country is really undeveloped and we have electricity problems. The city cuts the electricity without warnings for at least 3 times a week. Whenever that happened, I disconnected and I do not have a single chance to reconnect to the game. i just want the allowance of players to reconnect within at least 1 min so that we can play again. If the player disconnect another time, they will actually lose the game and lose their points. Also, I would like to suggest to make the battle timer similar to Showdown! If this is impossible, it's all fine. The ability to reconnect to game back after the server has crashed or a player has disconnect would be really useful. Since I'm not a developer and I do not know how coding works, I don't know how long it will actually take so do take your time considering. If possible, adding replays would be nice too so we can report bugs or send video proofs about people cheating. We, players cannot record every battle we play. Certain pvpers streamers can but not all of us can record a video. And it's also difficult to take screenshots fast enough to capture how the bug occurred or how the opponent is cheating1 point

Hello trainers! There are several major projects for content in doing that I feel you should know about. I will note some of them down before someone leaks it the wrong way. - New Region New region is a custom approach. We call it a mini-region. But it's actually very huge. It is called Astrella, and it's done mapping wise. Region will feature a variety of spawns (gen 7 area), new content, quests, events, trade city and much more. It will be ready once script-work is done for it and once gen 7+ is fully operational, will not release it before that. Reason for a custom area is a simple one. We are unable to map anything past Unova graphic wise without having it improvised 99% and waste much time into art. The MMO setting commands a new region, so it's being delivered. With it, we will have whole game spawned with old and new Pokemon, closer to being complete. The region is currently in hands of scripters. Once they are done, I will spawn it, so you can catch some of the new Pokemon when we receive a full gen 7 update. - Unova Unova is planned and is slowly being mapped. Once it is done and ready, the whole game will be respawned from scratch due to distribution of the Pokemon around PRO world. We are also looking for mapping manpower to complete the task so that mapping side is done and ready for people to script on. - Orange Islands The Orange Islands are also being mapped and planned. Not much to say about this one. ** Note that plans may change any time. But what I said above is a current plan and it's being worked on. I want to have all mapping done before the schedule so that people can start working on the maps script wise etc. Thank you1 point
