First and foremost, if you're interested in a mega tournament, click like on this post so that i can get a head count of how many people would actually sign up. Both Gold and Silver can sign up. THE MORE PEOPLE THAT LIKE THE POST, THE LOWER ENTRY COST WILL BE (proportional to the rewards of course, I have to net even somehow) Ex: If the prize money adds up to 2mil and theres about 50 people interested, the entry fee would be 40k, whereas if there's 100 people interested than it would drop to 20k Now that that's out of the way, hello, I would like to host a tournament to in commemoration of megas finally being added. In this post, there will be a number of polls to see how big of a prize pool people want, would people rather it hosted on showdown or the test server, etc. I will go further into how the tournament will be formatted once I have the general idea of what people would like to see. However, since the prize pool will be considerably large, this tournament will be double elimination, bo3, with bo5 in the top 4/8 depending on size on the tour. If the thread gets more people than I expect however, don't be surprised if I switch over to a group format for the first round. If it is banned in pro, it'll be banned here. That also means aegislash and ash-greninja will be allowed, but most importantly, landorus-incarnate will be allowed. Ditto with imposter will also be allowed, seeing as they are getting close to be able to make it work. Anything that isn't coded in pro will not be allowed (here's looking at you regigigas). Lastly, if anyone has suggestions, reply and post it here, I'll consider them and maybe reply to introduce them as well.

Hello guys, I'll be straight, i'm really tired of wild pms ! "free poke bla bla bla". Why this suggestion ? You see, everyone relogs a lot for mainly tp purpose. So, you need to type /pmoff again and again sigh. Maybe a button like this could be added ? I'm exhausted of those people who doesn't make the effort to consult all the ressources available about PRO content. Either the forum (which covers the entire game content), Prowiki, Discord useful links part or the help chat in the game itself ! It may sound rude, but experience this, daily pms with questions already resolved or cringy "free money / poke" etc . I'm not Google and I don't have to help you ! If you want information, go to the proper places listed above ! Plus, there are Community Coordinators that will gladly suggest you what to do to fix your current problem. Moreover, begging for something, where is your dignity ?! You will say i don't have a heart, I don't care ! Just receiving pms makes you lose your focus and is very disturbing ! I admit I don't have the patience to deal with those kind of people, i have better things to do. I've never pmed someone for anything because i know how oppressive it is, even my friends. There are already plenty of guides, so i don't see the point of bothering someone. Thank you for reading.

+1 to the idea but -1 to your message overall. I don't appreciate that attitude at all. One thing is begging for stuff and another is asking people for advice. Some people play on mobile and can't constantly switch between applications as it will close the game and will be unable to follow guides. Those of us who make guides are not always right and sometimes make mistakes in them or leave vague answers by either accident or ignorance. Guides are not perfect. Community Coordinators aren't either. No one is. If people ask you a question it's because they need help. They don't want to annoy you, they're just looking for help. They're not born knowing everything from birth either, they don't know if there are guides in the forums or somewhere, some don't know what discord is or how it works.

Hi, Like any Pokemon game, travelling is a heavy part of the gameplay - even more in PRO since they is no outside flying. We therefore spend a lot of time entering and exiting Pokecenters in order to use the transportation system. Kanto and Johto are perfectly fine but is it possible to shorten the path to this system in Hoenn and Sinnoh? We have to walk all the way to the back of the building + talk to the guard so that we can use it, which is kinda long given we do this multiple times a day. I guess bringing the system closer to the entrance would require some mapping, but at the very least can we remove the guard once the quest is completed and have some stairs/door so that we don't have to open any dialog? If all you want is a button to turn off pms you could always go into your social tab in pro and turn yourself into an offline status. The only thing it does is keep people from pm.ing you. You can chat normally in the chats. -1 since there an option already in the game.

+1 for the idea but too much personal complaint and too little technical. The attitude was awful as well and most players ask questions because they cant find it. I for example dont check forum usually and im a 3,5k hours player so dont expect everyone to do the same as you do, have you thought that your attitude is the reason why players dont come here ? Completely agree with Saturnalien here. It's insane to me that a game with such a great UI experience overall is fine with a PC like this. When I started playing PRO back in 2015 I was amazed at how professional it looked for a Pokémon fangame - you could move things around, you could drag & drop your Mons to link them, etc. The PC was the obvious letdown but I was sure it'd be updated soon enough given how everything else was polished. But here we are. It's 2020 and we still have a PC that is barely more functional than the one in Red & Blue. Also, comparing PC update and megas is bad faith. The later will change gameplay for a small fraction of the playerbase; the former has been asked by both PVE & PVP users forever and would benefit everyone. Anyways, it's interesting to see the waterfall/dive tool suggestion was accepted so quickly and the rest of the page is denied or left unanswered. Shop-related stuff sure seems like a good way to have answers. Maybe we should suggest the new PC is buyable with real money :) We're not necessarily asking for immediate implementation but an explanation as to why some major things are still hanging would be appreciated. It's the bare minimum actually.

I never said it is, but the community has been asking for this since years. Please don't give me the Mega Update excuse. Also I don't care about HP showing in particular. I'm talking about the search system in PC storage. We only got one simple update and nothing after that. We can't search by type, region, shiny etc. I bet the community would've been way happier if you did the PC storage first.

The fact that the only pms i received were from guys begging too much for help or for free poke drove me mad. Asking for help is ok, but, there's a style people should respect : Sorry to disturb you, could you help me for ... ? => Your chances of success highly increased. And if someone starts the conversation like this i will 100% of the time access his request because he was polite. It may sound so obvious but only a few do that. Now if I receive a pm with just "pls help", i won't be eager to help the person as begging is not ok, have some self respect. For the "free poke/cash" etc, same as above. About guides, there were 0 mistakes and god i consulted a lot of them. It shows a certain quality content. Concerning the phone users, i personnaly tried to play 1 time on phone and i couldn't bear it, too much unconfortable. And you're saying me they can't switch between applications, what are they waiting for to play on PC then ? Nowadays you can have a decent config at an affordable price. Plus, even a toaster can run PRO. Don't wanna be rude but it's their fault if they're not looking for better gaming conditions (or maybe they like playing on phone). I agree that no one is perfect or we would all be the same person. But, i find this too bad that some people don't invest themself enough in the game by at least checking the forum and the discord where the majority of questions are covered. Even if they don't know, a lot of games have their own discord server, so why not PRO ? Plus, when you're on the main page, you have The forum and discord above. It costs you nothing to explore. For your last line, i find hard to believe to not know discord, as it's very dominant and crushed competition. Have a great day.

I suggested ingame NPCs in the past to explain the game's rules (a trade NPC in Celadon for example that would explain how trading works or display the Trade rules). They could be a neat addition to the game, it's just extra scripter work.

Hello everyone! This topic serves as a way for users to apply to the Community Coordinator Team What is the role of a Moderation Staff member and of a Community Coordinator? PRO's Moderation Team is a group of staff who provide support for players and ensure that PRO is kept in order. The Moderation Team make sure that users follow PRO's Rules and support players on the forum and in-game. Community Coordinators in specific make sure that PRO's playerbase is pointed in the right direction both in-game and on the forum. CCs mostly work as a support role however they are also given the responsibility of moderating the forums and in-game chats. A CC would mostly focus on the Resolution Center subforum and the in-game Help Chat. Community Coordinators also help to support our Discord Server and are the main responsible to maintain the guides and the information available to players updated. Good candidates for Community Coordinators are player with excellent knowledge of the game and Pokemon. Requirements Even if you don't meet the requirements, small exceptions may be made if the rest of your application is promising. (Mandatory) requirements must be met in order to apply. At least 200 hours in-game playtime. At least 20 forum posts. Able to dedicate yourself to staff work and deliver efficiently. 18 or older. Can understand English at an advanced level. (Mandatory) What we look for in applicants Strong communication. Open-mindedness. A positive attitude. Good organisation skills. Able to work in a team. Can work under pressure.
