Hello, I just got an issue with the Guild system after renamed my account. My account just become like "invisible". It doesn't show up on the Guildlist and also when my friend right-clicked on my name, they even can invite me to the Guild although I already in the Guild. And my account is a leader but now I can't use any command of it and the Guildleader name still show my previous account name. Please check my account again. Looking forward to your feedback. Hello @conkeldurr. If you disconnect against a Boss, the game treats it as your loss. However, if the server crashes, then you are able to rebattle the boss. Since you “lost”, we can know it was due to your connection. Since that is the case, I’m afraid there’s nothing we can do. Though this may be disappointing, please try to understand.

Hello, I was fighting Chuck on Hard mode, and while I was setting up with my Slowbro, the screen suddenly got stuck. The buttons were forever red. I was however able to use all the other parts of the game just fine, as I was able to type and get the ESC menu to show, but the battle screen has been stuck for more than 20 minutes. I have chatted on the Local chat so that I can show time stamps.
