The idea here is to use chromas to change halloween Pikachu/Raichu outfit to match with the player character outfit, by keeping always the same pikachu id. Hi! This is my entry. Since Easter Pangoro was a martial artist "panda", I figured out I could turn him into his worst enemy for a Halloween chroma. I won't mention any names in case of copyright, but I hope you guys get the reference of which character inspired these! xD (I'm down for feedback and I could adjust these designs if needed). The post you are referring to is about any random ranked opponent. Here it's specified about avoiding guild members in random pvp. You can find this setting in Guild Manage in Social Tab.1 point

Hi there ! I would like to inform you that there is not any bug or error related to the encounter of the new Hallioween Starters / Pokémon. The Kanto Starters are all tier 9 or 9.5, in base of where you hunt them. Considering that, they are really rare Pokémon that may need a couple of time to be encountered. There is not a specific time because it's all up to your luck, may be 5 minutes to find one or 2 hours. Reemember that the chance of finding a Halloween Starter is 1/20 or 5%. That doesn't mean that you will find one of them each 20 Pokémon, that's because the chance is 1/20 for each encounter, and it always reset the next pokemon you encounter. I leave you now, in case you are interested to know that, all the location where you can find each Kanto Starter to be hunted.
