  1. +1 the egg tab has been there for more than a year, I think, at this point it's clear it will never get used, might as well just remove it, replacing it with Mega Stone tab is a good idea
  2. Look at the ability after he trained it lv100 and evolved it, it evolves into Anticipation Ferrothorn XD Ferroseed can only have Iron Barbs, so you don't know whether you got the H.A. (which is unlucky in this case) or not until you evolve it Just want to point out, I'm very sure that's exactly what @sk8trgod618 is having an issue with.
  3. I just got the stone today, forgot to screenshot, but the judge NPC does say "oh, you've won three times", so it's indeed three times like Beedrill and Heracross mega stone.
  4. I suggest to specify that it's for the Compassion option (so "If you decide to be a pacifist, you can choose NOT to fight Alakazam by picking the Compassion option, and you will begin a Fetch Quest.") Because Power and Knowledge options might have different result.
  5. Regarding the Alakazite quest, the Alakazam in Mt. Coronet Summit gives you options on how to finish the quest, obviously easiest and fastest would be to battle it, but just in case anyone decided to be nice and picked "Compassion" like me (or if you misclicked and choose "Compassion" by accident XD), then Alakazam will ask you to travel to some locations. READ THE DIALOGUE, it tells you where to go. The locations you have to go to are decided randomly, but don't worry, because again, the dialogue will tell you where to go next, these are the ones I know: - Abra in front of Granite Cave, Hoenn (give it a Twistedspoon) - Abra in Route 205 (bring a pokemon with Spore, other sleep move like Hypnosis and Sleep Powder should work too) - Kadabra in Floaroma Town (the clue is "flower meadow in sinnoh"), it's near the entrance to the lower side of Floaroma Meadow (bring a pokemon with the move Brick Break) - Kadabra in Hearthome City (the clue is "bustling heart of sinnoh"), it's inbetween two fountain, near Psychic Yukki NPC (bring a pokemon that knows the move Trick) - Alakazam in Sunnyshore City (the clue is "solar-powered city in sinnoh"), it's in front of the lighthouse (bring a pokemon with high SpAtk stat, I used Keldeo) There might be other locations as well. I think you will be asked to visit exactly one Abra, one Kadabra, and one Alakazam. Once the dialogue says you are shown a vision of Mt. Coronet Summit again, return to the Alakazam there and it will give you Alakazite. The other options Alakazam gave (knowledge and power) might have their own questline as well, anyone here brave enough to pick one of those two instead of simply battling it? XD

    Contest

+1 too, contest variety can keep it from feeling like it's a chore.
  7. I think we actually have far more BGM today than back in like, 2016 XD But yeah, I don't mind us getting even more BGMs, especially for some of the special battles.
  8. I wouldn't mind that Black Medallion Shard and Joy's Medkit, I like the idea. And the general idea is a very good one, we need something to make use of the "leftover cash coins" we have. I think I have 15 right now, and I can't buy anything in cash shop with just 15.
  9. I'm sure staffs read suggestions, they just don't respond to all of them since it would be overwhelming XD
  10. Bossing, I guess? Not sure if that even counts as "metagame" but that's the only hard PVE thing I can think of that might become a breeze with Ubers XD But it's nice to know that we'll eventually, in the future, be able to catch all the legendaries, including Uber ones.
  11. Agree with this. Not to mention, whenever Alolan Sandshrew comes again, players will need Ice Stones again. A more consistent source of Ice Stone would be nice.
  12. Yeah, I think opposite times would be not abusable only if we don't have server transfer. Maybe disable server transfer for one day, every WQ day (1st day of the month)? I dunno, I'll see first how the random time works for the next few month.
  13. The problem is that SEA players are taking their night sleep time away just to complete WQ. Ever try hunting from 1 AM to 5 AM just for WQ? I did that before At least the Devs seems to be aware of the issue - starting from next month, WQ is still at every 1st day of the month, but the start time is random, it can be on either 4 AM GMT+0, 2 PM GMT+0, or 10 PM GMT+0.
  14. I personally don't mind them requiring Artifact Pieces to buy, but 1000 AP is, yeah, way too much. I would like it more if it's 250 AP for each mega stone, maybe at most 500 AP per stone, considering the megas aren't that "meta" anyway. 1000 AP each would make far more sense if they were Latiasite and Latiosite, since at least those are mega stones for a pair of Legendaries. But Aggronite and Steelixite? Nah, too expensive.
  15. Suction Cups/Sticky Hold's out of battle effect is kinda what we need to make fishing in this game better, though. Fishing is not good exactly because "no bite" happens far too often to the point where it's ridiculous that fishing still exist in the game, it might as well be removed, and should have been removed months ago considering how useless it is. Honestly, fishing in this game, as a whole, really needs to be either removed or get a major overhaul, something more than just "let's enable Suction Cups/Sticky Hold's out of battle effect". I agree with -1 on other out of battle effects though. Most of them should have their description modified instead, with the out of battle effect removed from the description. But I'm not sure how to change Illuminate's description considering its out of battle effect is its only description lol. Perhaps new PRO exclusive in-battle effect should be added for Illuminate? Pickup however, I'm kinda on the fence about it, the pickup table can be modified so that it doesn't pick up more valuable items like hyper potions, stones, nuggets, rare candies, and ultra balls at a moderately high rate, it could be made into a very low rate to pick up just regular potions/poke balls and oran berries, and only after a battle. But I'm not sure how much it would affect economy.
  16. Hmm, yeah. True. So I guess I'm still +1 on this, but only under the condition that everything is shown except moves.
  17. I personally like Fresh Water more because it doesn't drop happiness, haha. I'm the kind of people who prefer to keep my Pokemon's happiness at max. Unless the happiness drop isn't programmed in PRO? I know Revival Herb does drop happiness, so Energy Powder should too. Ah, it's already 2.5k? Nice then XD
  18. +1 You know what, the info that shows up when we click a link from other player, should have been the exact same info card we see when we click our own link/Pokemon. The smaller, less complete version should only be used for the feature that show the nature/ability/IVs of our latest catch.
  19. I read mostly everything, and honestly, +1 to everything in your post. I wish Fresh Water become common again in excavation site though, so maybe while Heal Powder is replaced with random vitamins, the Energy Powder is replaced with Fresh Water and be made as second most common "drop" after Artifact Pieces. Also, there should be a reduction to the cost to enter the Excavation Sites. 5k per site was fine back when we only have like, 6 sites, but now we have 9 sites. IMO, the cost should be reduced to 2500 per site.
  20. +1 I'm already aware about how Birth Island works, but adding a warning for others wouldn't hurt.
  21. Yeah, regarding compensation, while I got a nice Lunala out of it, I do wonder and don't really get why WQ as a compensation. WQ is one of those things where it's very easy to "fail", leaving some people with no reward. So where's the compensation if they don't get the reward? And by "fail", I mean it greatly depends on spawn RNG for whether we get enough Pokemon to get 0.5% contribution or not. Not to mention the IVs, which are also depending on RNG. Wouldn't something like free gifts makes a more proper compensation that all players can enjoy, considering all players were affected by the crash? For example, "free gift of two Master Balls, one BMS, and two 3 day MS for all players". That's just an example,
  22. Server issue is actually unrelated to the event itself, so I don't think it should be brought up here. Anyway. Enjoyment: I do enjoy the event, I love seeing new maps and forms. Quest Difficulty: This is for the main quest only, I didn't do the Cupid Bow quest since I feel "eh, not for me" regarding how it looks. The main quest is not too easy, but also not too hard and annoying. It's perfect. Story/Lore: It's good. I'm particularly amused by the Nidoqueen-Jellicent part XD Effort/Reward Ratio: For the main quest, I'd say it's fine. The Cupid Bow quest on the other hand, although I didn't do it, deserve a mention here - I don't think just one cosmetic item is a good enough reward after going back and forth traveling through an entire region to deliver all those letters. Maybe if there's something like a Master Ball as well for the reward, it would be more worth it. The Ayva's bag mini-quest, it's a fun little addition that's easy to do, but 1 gem is just too little, as easy as the quest is. Especially since it's a once per day quest. Should be 10 gems, in my opinion. Or instead of 1 gem, it should be 1 of those arceus plates, since they're really rare to get from digging. Also, something to point out regarding spawn, the chance is not revealed again for whatever reason, but I feel like the chance for Valentine form is definitely not as high as 1/550 (Walross said Valentine chance is 1/550 in 2019), or even Halloween's 1/50, and even that I feel has been nerfed too, last year's Halloween event doesn't feel like there's 1/50 chance for Halloween form. IMO, regardless of what's the event, special event form chance should have standardized "tiers" as well, at 1/200 for tier 1-3 spawn, 1/150 for tier 4-5 spawn, 1/100 for tier 6-7 spawn, and 1/50 for tier 8-9 spawn. The harder it is to encounter the Pokemon in the first place, the easier it becomes to encounter it as special event form, which I think makes it balanced. A tier 8 spawn shouldn't have the same 1/200 chance as tier 1 spawn for event form considering it's already super RNG (or super costly, when repel trick is involved) to encounter the tier 8 spawn in the first place, it should have gotten a higher event form chance to balance it.
  23. I wouldn't mind this. HOWEVER, it would be much better if the custom balls be at least as effective as a great ball (not poke ball), and also have additional effects on top of that. Doesn't need to be complex effects, just something simple, for example a Rocket Ball would be even more effective on Poison, Psychic, and Dark types. So that there would be more reason to use them beyond just cosmetics. Plus, there should be matching special animation when you send out a Pokemon from the custom balls. To be honest, this should also be applied to all the balls we currently already have.
  24. +1 This would be great, because currently, to see mega stats, you have to go through one turn first (the pokemon info card does not change in the same time as the mega evolution, it only changes at the end of the turn) So if the battle ends in one turn, the pokemon info does not display the mega sprite and stats. An update that allows us to see the mega sprite and stats out of battle would be great.
  25. Nice update, I hope Hoenn and Sinnoh can get fully reworked too. Or have they been reworked?
