  17. Hello @Wolfice. Apologies for the late reply. These trainers have a 2 hour cooldown; these are real hours, not in-game hours. You should be able to rechallenge this NPC now. If you find yourself struggling with this area, here is a guide for it.

  20. Hello @varedris. Apologies for the delay. There seems to be a misunderstanding. Solgaleo and Lunala were not a guaranteed spawn; there was only a chance that they would spawn. The Rotom that spawned was your Pokémon from the Mysterious Ticket, which you caught. Re-entering the island was for people who had nothing spawned. Apologies for the misunderstanding. Since there is no issue here, I will lock the thread. Feel free to make another post if you have another issue.

  24. Hello @Lukoz. Apologies for the late reply. We were only able to recover data from before the Valentine's Day update. If you evolved your Eevee after the update, we unfortunately are not able to restore that data.
