In near future there will be a significant PVP update. My full concentration is set on this right now, which is why there will probably less updates in the next time. For this PRO needs a new Battle UI, because the current one is missing a few features. There are already staff members who work on it, but as their specialty lies in other areas, I want to give everyone the possibility to participate. That's why I make a small event out of it. Everyone is allowed to create a new Battle UI and the Battle UI that will be taken over will be royally rewarded. The one gets a non-tradable shiny of your choice. The nature can be chosen, the IVs and ability will be generated randomly. The Pokemon must be catchable by everyone. The following things have to be added in the new Battle UI: - Enough space for 2v2 and 3v3 fights. - Buttons for Megas, Z-Moves and Cancel a move. - Some kind of battle log should be included as well. - Every current element (items, run away, moves, switch Pokemon) should be included obviously. - An option to show boost and effects (SPD x 1,5, Paralyzed, Taunted etc.) would be great. - Weather and room effects as well as their turn count. You do not have to stick to the current design. You can change it completely, even make it full screen mode. That is completely up to you. Please note, that if we take non of the submitted designs, there will be no winner at all. You have 30 days (Janurary 15th, 11:59 PM GMT+0) to submit a battle UI. The time might be extended if there's no usable design till then. This post will be unlocked in 2 weeks on December 30th, please post your battle UIs in here. Do not make any unrelated posts here. Lots of Content Updates were added into the game, improved Server stability, Red and Blue merged into one server and lots of new moves were added to PRO's PvP metagame. PRO's community built stronger bonds between the Staff Members and themselves in-game, as well as on our Official PRO Discord. To celebrate another successful year, we decided to host another Voting Award, similar to the one that was hosted last year. There will also be a Staff Category, where you can vote for your most favourite Staff Members. Your votes will still be counted even if you do not complete the whole voting table. Hello! This year's Christmas event will be a bit shorter, but the focus is very much on your needs and fun. First a little reminder; To fully enjoy the event, you must have already defeated the Hoenn E4 and not be locked in any region! Let's go to the first part of the event; Our hunting event! After the defeats of the last three years, the Grinch decided to challenge Santa Claus directly. Santa is very skeptical of the Grinch, but can only reach out to him on such a solemn occasion. The Grinch suggested a contest. He learned about a little elf who had to go through a lot this year. He lost his parents and is completely alone now. Of course, the Grinch thought that this year should end even more terrible. He challenged Santa to go in search of the best possible gift while the Grinch sought the worst gift possible. However, the elf would only receive the best or worst gift. But is that really all that Grinch is up to? Both are looking for the best/worst possible Pokemon now. Santa Claus and the Grinch compare their presents every advent. There will be six winners on each server, and it's possible to help out both at the same time! The big hunt starts with the first advent! _________________________________________________________________________ is looking for the best possible Pokemon! My time has come. I never got around to make an introduction of myself on the forum, so I’ll make sure this post is a bit longer to compensate for what you would have missed in the introduction. Kudos if you manage to read all of the way through it. It all started in 2016… my journey to become the Pokémon master. The first time I tried to log in, I recall the servers having a queue of 700 people. The servers crashed daily, if not hourly… felt like that, anyways. Looking back, it’s incredible to see how far the game has come and how the community has grown as a whole. For a while, the only thing I did in PRO was PvP. There were no other aspects of it. I was... bad. I spammed games and reached a number of games per season that far exceeds anything I’d be able to do nowadays. Not sure how I sat through that, but the journey was worthwhile. Other times… I literally spent hours on end just killing Pokémon in the wild to get money, cause that was my superior knowledge at the time :> Almost a year ago, around Christmas, I decided it was time to find some better minded people to talk to. I applied for NoMercy and was accepted. This was a whole new chapter, not to mention, the one I’ll treasure the most. My application stated something along the lines of: “I aspire to reach top 5 on the ladder with a better win-rate than I currently am able to pull off”. Countless of people have helped me throughout this process. Not only did I have people to talk with regarding teambuilding, everyone seemed to willingly give me the mon I needed to try it out and see how it worked. For both of these, I want to thank the following people (my deepest apologies if I forgot someone): Jorogumo, SgtBianco, Squad, Ulas, Belzebel, teerav, Cow, Luke (who is not a NoMercy member, but definitely is as good of material, love you boo :wink:), Geno, Chris, Nanoluck, Pispi, Coup, Purp (insert the name of any NoMercy member, really). I can confidently say I have improved my PvP abilities since I joined the guild, and I have hopefully helped other people improve theirs as well. Having finished Rank 1 on Silver for every season since August and also winning the August ladder tournament, as well as finishing first on both ladders in the season of November 2018, the time has come for another player to take over. I might return some day, but until then, be good sports about it! I admittedly didn’t stretch this as far as I thought I would’ve been able to, but thank you for reading through it… if you made it. It has been more of a personal overview than a goodbye message, but what do we say to the god of goodbyes? Answer is: “Not today” And thus starts a new chapter. Make the best of it and enjoy the game. There truly are people working hard to keep it running for you all, don’t take it for granted. Enough about that, cause my lovely guild wasn’t the only new experience I got to have in my 2018 year of PRO. In late March I got the chance to try my luck as a Discord Moderator for the Official PRO Discord. I had a wonderful time there. Not only is the community great (unless the servers are down, huehue), but I got to meet and make a lot of new friends. I can only be grateful for how I have been treated by you all, it has been a pleasant experience. Thus, ends my 2018 year. I trust I’ll see some familiar faces when I return. Outrage culture, sad. You didn't lose anything and instead of looking at a bot that literally is 100% accurate since it takes the spawns out of the live DBs, you should have looked at the changelog if I changed anything or if they are already live.

Hello! I am passionate to hunting and would love to give some suggestions to make hunting more enjoyable (less annoying) but NOT EASIER and hope that you all will like it! Repel Hunting: I am sure that very good invention would be if we could consume more repels at once. How it would look: after you press button to use you your repel would come up a window where you can write a number of repels you want to use or else we could choose from given numbers (5,10,20 etc.) We could escape of annoying encounter between using repel again because sometimes it is not possible to not encounter some random pokemon. Of course there is also negative side, if i would consume 10 repels and server crashes all repels would go away, but maybe it could be able to make to return these repels which you have lost because of server crash. Pokemon storage: We all know how annoying it is to dig into so many boxes of pokemons you have caught just to see have you caught some with right ability and nature, so i would suggest to upgrade search system and add filter where you can choose for example - Pokemon name: Larvitar Nature: Adamant Ability: Guts That would save our time so much! Because normally i catch like 2 or more boxes of pokemons before i check them in my storage, and i can bet that i am not the only one. Can not list any negatives of this idea, if you can think of one please let me know. Thanks! Hope you will leave here 1+

I've spoke some words privately, but I can confidently say you help me in more ways than just be a better player at PRO. Hello! I'm Cobrakai, and i'm doing this topic to aid people with their EV training! I want to share with you a list of decent EV training hotspots (some of them better then others but it's what i found best until now), with a list of the Pokémons showing up in each hotspot, their approximate levels, EV gain from battling each of those Pokémon and the daytime where those Pokémon appear. The rarity of listed Pokémon is estimated. This guide will be updated as soon as i get more information on other decent hotspots. EDIT: Hotspots are not all in Kanto anymore, decided to add a few from Johto region aswell because they are actually really good. Ways to Modify EV Gain: As there are no Horde encounters, we are gonna struggle bit more than at 6th gen games (X & Y). Pokérus also not available so, the struggle will be even bigger. Macho Brace IS available and working, making EV training 2x faster - doubles EV gain but halves holder's speed. As many people seemed to not know, Macho Brace can be obtained in the Johto region, Goldenrod City, by trading a Drowzee with an npc who gives a Machop helding the item. HealthPoints (HP) EV training hotspots: Johto - Ruins of Alph Entrance Kanto - Viridian Forest --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Attack (Atk) EV training hotspots: Johto - Mt.Mortar Johto - Dark Cave (North) Kanto - Pokémon Tower (Lavender) Kanto - Mt.Moon Kanto - Route 11 Kanto - Route 12 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Defense (Def) EV training hotspots: Kanto - Viridian Forest --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Speed (SPD) EV training hotspots: Johto - Dragons Den Kanto - Diglett Cave --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Special Attack (Sp.Atk) EV training hotspots: Kanto - Route 5 Kanto - Route 6 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Special Defense (Sp.Def) EV training hotspots: Attention: To be honest, Sp. Def is so easy to train, u can find Tentacool almost everywhere (through rod or surfing, doesn't matter which method). I'm just listing the locations where it seemed i found a high ammount of Tentacruel for a faster train (maybe i was just lucky finding many Tentacruel in these zones, maybe it's just my impression).
