Greetings @Kete2005 You get the caught data of Ho-Oh by battling it at the top of Bell Tower(More info here), after finding and battling all three of the Legendary Beasts to get the seen data of them and reporting back to Scientist Rey. It is though, not catchable but you get the data. Similarly, you also get the caught data of Lugia in Whirl Islands B4F. You can check the guide on the Legendary Beasts quest(more info here).
