An idea a friend and I had yesterday is for there to be scheduled, even weekly or bi-weekly outbreaks. Even if it’s a random rare mon in a random area once a week for 24 hours, it would be something to look forward to each week that would help bridge the time between events and create an uptick in the number of players online, similar to the way BCC does on weekends. bonus points if (maybe not every time) it came with a world quest

Hiya @Ahnenreich The Machop family, if it is having the Hidden Ability - Steadfast, can learn the move Fissure(wiki page) using the TM. You can find the TM in the following places: Fuchsia City, TM Seller. As a reward from Celadon Daily Task System. Here's the link to the Wiki page of Machop, here you can see that the same has been mentioned about the learnability of Fissure at the top of the TM/HMs table. I hope this helps. Because these people are so used to HO vs HO or HO vs balance where it's all about the moment to moment plays, and that one turn that is crucial to the match's conclusion, which in turn trains them perfectly to lose against stall, where it's all about applying pressure to the opponent consistently, but not too much that you lose someone important. Excluding the list Dorade made, we may not have strong breakers like Kartana, Mega-Mawile (Rightfully so), and Tapu Lele yet, but be glad Arena Trap and Shadow Tag's been banned and Z-moves were introduced. Stall will always be a matchup based team archetype, with or without Mega-Sableye. You will always need to prep against these type of teams anyways.
