Pretty sure naive doesnt work for for Charmander on that quest. Adamant, Jolly, Modest, Timid and Impish are the correct natures iirc. Bulbasaur probably doesnt work because you already showed him a Bulbasaur and even the Venusaur after that, thats only my assumption though.

-1 While I understand why you would want something like this, I still think its not a good idea. Buying TMs and teaching moves serves as a decent money sink which is good for the economy. In my opinion having to hunt/buy more than one of the same pokemon to have multiple movesets keeps the game more active as there is more stuff you have to do.

Mantine can only learn confuse ray in Gen8, PRO uses Gen7 data so it unable to learn it.

Did you start the Heatran quest recently? You will lose the items on that quest until you talk to the NPC again.

Togekiss doesnt learn thunder wave via tutor but via the TM. You can get the TM in Celadon Mart.

+1, I am disliking the fact the preview of linked pokemon do not show the pokeball icon. Its a really cool addition to the game to see the ball we caught our pokemon with and even see the ball when it gets send into battle. I feel like not being able to see the ball on the preview when showing a pokemon to friends or trying to sell/buy a pokemon in trade chat is a missed oppertunity. This suggestion is well done because it already shows a good place where the ball could be displayed.

There is no such NPC, however there are some suggestion on it here on the forum. Maybe the guy on help chat was reffering to those.

I used belly drum with thunder/fire punch and a sitrus berry.
