I would like to inform you that, unfortunately, you cannot have again another change to get the shiny Magikarp through that NPC as that is a one-time only thing. However, i am able to check if you have released any Magikarp recently and check if one of the was Shiny. Unfortunately, we are experiencing issues with our tools and therefore the recovery might take a while to bed one. Unfortunately, i am unable to give an estimated time as to when the server will be again online. Please do note that we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. Also, please refrain from asking regarding server status here as it goes against the general support rules. An announcement on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD will be made once this issue has been resolved. You can check server status by doing ^up in #bot-commands in our Discord. As this is a known issue, and I can’t offer you much of a fix as of now, I’ll now be locking this thread.   3. Hi @HalHaruhiro I'm sorry for the inconvenienice. I would like to inform you that if you would like to have another chance to catch Genesect you will have to fight Nikola and beat him. Nikola can be found in the Unknown Place, located in the Trainer valley. You can check our guide to see how to reach him : TRAINER VALLEY GUIDE Take note that, unfortunately, i am unable to respawn Genesect for you because it would be unfair towards all the players that accepted the fact they had to fight Nikola in order to respawn the Legendary Pokémon they wanted to catch after a disconnection/crash. However, if i'm not mistaken, the Pokemon caught in Hoenn should be 125 and not 125. Could you please check that you are not missing any Pokémon caught in Hoenn? I would like to inform you that, as you well stated, the maximum amount of the same item that you can have in your inventory is 999. Take note that this limit has been added in order to avoid memory issues that would then lead to the servers being unstable and crash. This issue is mainly experienced during merging, and that's why it is stated in our FAQ: Unfortunately, i'm sorry to inform you that we cannot refund you of your money as it would be unfair to the others that experienced the same issue and accepted the loss of their money as we cannot issue refund. Nevertheless i can assure you that, in order to prevent anyone else to experience the same issue, our content scripter worked on a script that block user to buy pokeballs from that NPC once the player have already 949 pokeballs. However, if you would like to increase the % of catch rate of the wild Pokémon, it is suggested to bring them to 1 HP and use a status effect such as paralysis and sleep. I would like to inform you that Pokémon Revolution Online is an MMO, therefore it is intended to be slightly harder than handheld games for what regard the mechanics of the game. However, i would like to assure you that making money is not really hard and there are things that can really help you to optimize your way of making them. Digging / Dig Spots is one of the most common and easiest way of making money. It is possible to dig each diggable patch every 3 days and it permit you to find items such as: By digging you have the chance to find items that can are worth from 3.000 to 30.000 Pokedollars. You can find a guide related to dig spots here: DIG SPOTS GUIDE .Do note that the items obtained by digging must be sold to the ITEM MANIAC . Beating Trainer every 7 days permit you to make easy money, this include trainers inside the gyms but not the gym leaders. You can increase the money obtained through battle by activating a MEMBERSHIP, which you can buy from other players or through the coins shop. Beating bosses Hunting and selling Pokémon that people may want. You may also want to search for the HIDDEN ITEMS that you can find in the maps/regions, as they may be interesting items such as nuggets, stardust, rare candies and other cool items that can be sold for a good a mount of money.   14. Hi @Azur I'm sorry for the inconvenience. This was an issue caused by mismatched IDs for the clothing. However, i would like to inform you that a fix has been added into the game. Fashion Girl Emily in Celadon Mart 1 is able to exchange between Goth and Autumn Colored Clothes for free. This is so you can trade in your clothes and have them changed back to normal.   15. Hi @LastMatheus I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that if you are interested in customize again your chacter, then you are able to do so by using a Magic Mirror. You can obtain the Magic Mirror through the coins shop, at a cost of 50 coins, or buying it from other players using the in-game trade chat or the correct FORUM - TRADE ZONE of the server where you play on. Unfortunately, this is the only way you can customize the basic look of your character. Nevertheless, you can obtain a lot of awesome clothes in the game, buying them from other players or obtaining them through quests. Also, ensuring a proper connection on your end also helps minimize your losses. It is good to check on your internet provider to know when their downtimes will be as well as contacting them if you are not experiencing a stable connection.
